Great job! Personally, I think weighing in every day is crucial. I mean, how do you know if you need to course-correct if you don't have all of the data?
I do feel like I need that measurable accountability. Seeing the number go down let's me know I'm on the right track, and if I start stalling I can ask myself if I have been making stupid choices.

Good morning! The trees are finally starting to bud on Cape Cod. Our spring is always a few weeks behind the "mainland" (our fall is delayed as well).
QOTD: We have farm stands all over the place in the summer as well as several farmers markets. We have neighbors down the street who sell fresh eggs. I love to buy fresh tomatoes in season, but would really like to try growing some myself this year. It has been at least 25 years since I have done that.

There is nothing like fresh, home grown tomatoes still warm from the garden. Growing up I ate them like apples!

If there were an efficient way to send you tomato starts, I'd share some of mine. I've started way too many!

Morning JB and OHer's... you know it's soooo easy for me to read these and not post... I need to post!!!..
QOTD I used to stop and buy vegetables, sometimes eggs, honey etc...but then my DH came home with a horrifying story of seeing quite a herd of rodents climbing all over the produce...(the stand was not open yet) so I decided absolutely never again would I shop the stands!!! So this morning I was thinking about the beautiful veggie and fruit garden i used to have... and you know I didnt stand guard to keep the vermin away...so you know there may have been an abundance of critters in my veggies too!... This year I'll shop the stands..especially for zucchini! I found a recipe here for an enchilada zucchini bake that sounds interesting.
B 1 hb egg, 1 bacon
L 5 costco meatballs
D 1 tuna patty
S Volpi
Have a great day everyone
