Good morning everyone! Great news JB! I hope you get the position of your dreams! Getting back to my routine has been nice, but I still have so much to do and not enough time to do it all! I will just keep plugging away. If it's not one thing, it's another!

QOTD - We have half tile and half carpet. I love the carpet when its cold and the tile when it's hot. I would prefer wood as its more of a neutral temp, easier to take care of and I think it looks beautiful.

Accountability - extra raw veggies, SF jellox3 and many many SF Popsicles were had trying to avoid the bad stuff I really wanted.

17+mo post op - 169.7

b-coffee, coffee, coffee, HB eggs

l-Greek salad w/gyro meat

d-meatballs w/sauce TBD

v/l - on track

Have a great day everyone!

Late posting. I had it typed out and forgot to send. Argh!

Had a great night last night at the concert! Jon Bon's hips don't lie. Hahahahaha!

Congrats on the new possibility that I'm not mentioning. :)

I got a call this morning Start iron transfusions tomorrow! They have me scheduled for 5. Every 2 weeks to start! I can't wait! Hopefully I will feel better!

accountability:100%. Full disclosure-only because of the concert. Otherwise I would have been eating everything in sight.

QOTD: I'm renting and it's carpet. Hate it. When I owned? All wood floors.

Menu: Still light today. Not intentional. Work is in the way.

Breakfast: tea with restoralax

lunch: protein bar

Supper: cheddar smokie -I think. Either that or a can of tuna I didn't take anything out

Exercise-gym tonight doing a class and hopping on the dreadmill. I think I'm going to start running outside See if I like that better I'm basically back to run 1 walk 1 oh how the mighty have fallen :) but I did it before so I'll do it again!

Have a great day!! Or evening now!

Hi you guys! JB, wishing you the best of luc****ep us posted!

My BMI is still 31 (too high of course, but down from a high of 54, and it's dropping by the week). I'm having fun regardless and really am enjoying the flirting energy coming my way. it's been too long! Ah, men! I do love them!

QOTD: Here I've a mix of hardwood and carpeting. I like hardwood best though I always like area rugs on top. I like rugs over the carpeting, too. I'm into beautiful Persian rugs. Overall my favorite is hardwood, though I do appreciate carpeting in the bedrooms.

First: Two enormous mugs of tea, with many more to come

B: tuna salad, cheddar

L: turkey with a little light mayo (it's quite dry)

D: unsure at this point. Likely a repeat of breakfast.

S: Greek yogurt

I've been concentrating on getting in extra protein, and it feels good. May 12 will be my 11-month surgiversary, and I am finding that I need a little more. I am having a bit more calorically - mostly right around 630 calories now, before I was virtually always under 600, if not under 500. But I'm continuing to lose, so I think I'm okay!

Look for beauty today! It will fill you up in a different way.

Posting late on a messed up day. We were out of town to pick up a cooler for thebfood pantry and it wouldn't fit in the trailer we rented. But it wasnt a wasted trip as we came home with some cereal instead. It was too tall. They will deliver for us early next month though which is probably better as I hate to set up new equipment and then leave for 3 weeks in case there is an issue. This was after they tried to give us a trailer with non functional lights. There were certain it was my truck but hubby convinced them to try the other one--guess what--it worked just fine. Youngest son needs prayers or chickens swung as he has a second interview tomorrow for a full time job with benefits. He likes the trap range where he is but its part time and will never be anything else. Its just not enough to pay his student loans. The new job would be for a lawn and tree service. I think they must be decent to work for as all but 1 employee have worked 5 or more years for them and several have been there since they opened. Thursday he has a phone interview for a part time education person at the local state park as well. Hopefully he'll soon have a better job. Accountability was good and Lily and I did our 4 miles this morni ng but Im not doing any more as I got really dizzy this afternoon. Not sure whats up with that. Heres the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L pure protein bar--nasty frankenfood D 1/2 c chicken salad 6 baby carrots S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Weight today was 118.8. Hope you all had a good day full of smart choices

Hello everyone,

Super late post again but I'm here.

Congrats on the job JB!

I hear you on the autopilot thing. Last week my nephew had a bag of doritos sitting on the table and reached my hand in and grabbed one. It wasn't until I was swallowing it that I realized what the hell I just did. I was so mad at myself. The only good thing was that I did only eat one.

QOTD: We have all wood floors except in the bathroom and kitchen. Those are ceramic tiles.

Accountability: On plan

B:3oz grilled turkey italian sausage, 1oz heritage hot pork sausage

L: 3oz turkey breast

S:2oz turkey breast

D: 4 1/2oz chicken, 1/2C broccoli rabe

My cals are low for the day but I have great protein.

Cals:600, Carbs:6, Protein:106

Enjoy your night everybody!
