Morning!! Today I'm rating an ora exam all day, so it's a day out of the office, (or in a different office).

qotd:we have laminate in our living/dining room. We pulled up the carpet and installed it ourselves maybe 8 years ago-- it still looks great. I think it would be at least 5 years before we consider redoing it. Carpet upstairs, that we just repacked in January- I will always keep carpet in our sleeping areas- just my preference.

212 today, 3 years out

m1: bagel,1 boiled egg

m2: protein bar

m3:? Lunch date- will be protein heavy since I'm already carb heavy today

m4: again?? Something with ground beef...

exercise: elliptical and weights- 1 hour

5'6.5" High weight:337 Lowest weight:193/31 BMI: Goal: 195-205/31-32 BMI

Good morning! You all get started so early on your threads and it gets so busy! Grats on the potential job front, that's mega exciting.

To start and make sure I'm accountable, I did not follow my meal plan around dinner time. Instead I ended up being asked out for dinner and we grabbed mexican. I ate a portion of a half order of chicken nachos and tried to stick to just the chicken, but of course I ate some chips with it. All night I was so mad at myself that it kept me up. Around midnight I took a deep breath and called myself an idiot. Yes, it was a stupid food choice and the scale was 3oz more than it should have been, but I'm also an idiot for it making me upset enough to not sleep. I knew I wasn't going to make the same choice today, and I knew I would be right back to my plan and going to the gym. Sometimes it's so hard to not let those things really get to me.

QOTD: Part of my home is hardwood and I love it, but it needs refinished due to its age. The other part is fairly new carpeting. Honestly, I prefer hardwood over everything else. I love it.

Good Morning Julia and Menu Family!

That's great news, Julia, about the job! Best of luck on it!

Saralisa gets home tomorrow evening! I drive (3 hours) to Omaha to pick her up. Then we drive 3 hours back home. She applied for a job at our local library that would be perfect for her. Over 50 other people applied, but they called her and she has a job interview on Thursday! Please say a prayer or swing some chickens that she gets this job!

QOTD: Our house has tile in the kitchen and bath, but yucky carpet (that the dogs have ruined) everywhere else. I want to replace the carpet with hardwood, or tile. Someday...

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 133, Calories - 1,265, Carbs - 139.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana

L: 1 slice pizza, broccoli & carrots D

D: ham & cheese on 45 calorie bread

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Oh wow, I can't imagine how excited you will be on that drive tomorrow. I hope all goes well with her interview on Thursday, I know it was a toss-up as to whether or not she would stay where she was and get a job there.
