spent all day yesterday in the garden. It was a relaxing day.
qotd: my mom had RNY about 16 years ago, so I've always been aware of surgery as an option. But I was in high school and in no way mentally "there" yet. I needed to gain another 100 lbs on pizza and beer in college first, and then more time trying to lose it "the normal way." Once I'd made the decision, I spent countless hours researching online and reading the forums here, and pestering my surgeon and bariatric center with questions. A lot has changed since my mom had hers.
menu: breakfast is Premier with coffee
lunch: leftover chicken enchilada filling with a sprinkle of cheese
dinner: kind of up in the air, but leaning toward grilled tilapia and asparagus
