Hi!! I had to go into work today for a bit to play catch up. I got out super early and did my run, showered did the dishes and worked from 9-2:30. I'm home now and just ate- I plans for the rest of the day.

accountability: so I'd been craving oatmeal cookies all week. I decided to have some but the brand I like was sold out. I settled for another brand; they suck, taste like cookie with oatmeal flavoring. I'm usually good at at least endulging in a 'quality' carb, but these faux oatmeal's are oddly addictive. I'm tossing the rest now- why couldn't I have down that 4 cookies ago??

Qotd: first car was a 1998 Honda civic- loves it. Traded it up for a mommy mobile (minivan). So far my favorite car is my current, my Nissan Pathfinder.

212 today, 3 years out

m1: protein shake/bar

m2: 1/2 can tuna, cheese stick, 1 slice bread

m3: ??

m4: tacos!

Hi all.... I am late late late today.... It has been a busy day. First time I have sat all day. We leave on Thursday for DC so I have been on the go since I got up this morning. I have been shopping (all over), went to the cemetery (I wanted to make sure my mom's grave looked good since I won't be here for Mother's day). I just gone done dealing with a work crisis.

QOTD: My first car was a 1977 Chevy El Camino. My favorite car was my 1979 Chevy Monte Carlo it was yellow and boy it was a sweet ride that thing could fly....

Food for the day.. I think I have drank my weight in unsweetened Ice tea so far and I have had a couple pieces of cheese and that is it so far. I am waiting for hubby to finish his project so we can chat about dinner. I can tell you it is going to be from out because this chick is not cooking!

Way late even checking here today, I've been busy in the garden, and I went to a "Junk" sale, and lunch with my in laws, and then I came home and have been editing some engagement photographs I took last weekend. One posted below with permission :)

qotd: I started driving in 2000 and my first car was an 89 Chevy Celebrity. It was in terrible condition. No radio to speak of, no AC, the trunk was held shut with a bungee cord, and it was about 5 shades of gray/silver/duct tape. I pimped out the inside by stapling some funky tie dye fabric to "upholster" the roof because it was bare metal. I also had a tie dye steering wheel cover and seat covers. I carpooled myself, my brother, and 3 of our friends every morning in this monstrosity. But I paid for it with my own money and that hunk of steel never broke down once!

food was a Premier protein shake with coffee on the road, and we had a late lunch at a BBQ place--I had 2 ribs, a bite each of brisket and pulled pork, and another bite of baked beans. I'm thinking I'll have a yogurt here soon as a late dinner/snack, and I'll enter it all in MFP to see if I need more protein. I might add some protein powder to my yogurt.

Hopefully tomorrow will be more structured for food, I was all over the place today.
