So sorry you have a migraine, Cassie! Have you ever checked into prescription migraine medications? I have one I take daily to prevent them, (Topomax), and one I take if I get one that knocks it out. (Amerge)

I don?t get them often enough to have the daily med, according to my doctor, but when I do get them I?m pretty much bedridden. I?m down to a dull throb right now, so getting a protein shake in. While I may not need the daily med, I should look into something to take when the migraines do pop up. Tylenol just doesn?t cut it!

Morning'! Oh my gosh, those kitties

So glad that it's Friday. Yesterday was the slowest day I've had at work in probably a whole year (maybe longer), I was scheduled till 7:00 and didn't have one single client after lunch. Sitting still is not something I handle well - unless I'm home netflix binging haha! Side note- there's something that keeps getting mentioned on the news this morning about a large police presence downtown and they keep saying what roads are blocked off, but they won't say why. I'm curious and scared to find out why. One of my client's mom got caught in the middle of a shoot out this week too. I swear that this town gets crazier and crazier everyday. It didn't used to be this way when I was growing up. I've even developed an ocd thing about locking my car three times before I leave it because it's been broken into three times in the last two years (joke's on them because I have nothing worth stealing in there LOL). It's always the windows though that get busted out so I guess joke's on me for thinking locking it will make a difference

accountability: good! I did have a bit of night grazing but it was all protein forward and didn't put me too far over my 600-700 limit.

qotd: my nsv is kinda funny, but I've noticed lately that I don't sweat near as much as I did before wls. When I was pre op, I would be super sweaty even when I wasn't moving!

My pic today is of the tree that fell on our house last week from the heavy wind storm. We haven't had one like that in years. A friend of mine said her husband saw a trampoline roll across one of the larger roads here. CAN YOU IMAGINE?!

dinner is up in the air but I'm having greek l&f and coffee for breakfast, bbq pulled pork again for lunch, dinner tbd, hopefully no grazing tonight. maybe syntrax for a snack/elevensies haha.

Wow! We had a ridiculous nor'easter blow through in February and we had about 15 really big tress down around the area--one right at the end of our street! It's always amazing to see giant trees taken down, but leaves still clinging to branches. I mean, how does that even happen?!?

I know lol! It was bananas! It landed right over our door and we couldn't get to removed for a couple days so I had to run in and out of the house because it was still windy and I was afraid the tree would shift and take me out! So glad it's over phew!

Just a tiny bit to the side of the roof, but pretty minimal so I'm grateful

That must have been some storm! Glad you're okay and glad that the damage was minimal - except to that lovely tree!
