B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Herb and garlic tuna packet, low carb pita and Carbmaster yogurt
D: Turkey sausage link, mashed cauliflower with shredded cheese on top and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF jam and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Great pics everybody!
Hot & humid day in CT. I'm not complaining but it would've been nice if the A/C didn't crap out in my truck! I might not be able to get on next week due to the pending strike starting Monday and since since I'm management and we are not union I will be working 24/7. Hopefully I will get a couple of my past employees that will be willing to work.
QOTD: I haven't had any lately cause my weight hasn't moved in long time but it was nice when I got on my lawn tractor the other day and fit pretty comfortably. I used to have to stuff my self on there with a plunger!! LOL!
