Thank you. Honestly, I think I'm way more sad about the tree than the roof. At least we didn't lose all of them.

I understand that completely, and would feel the same way!

May the Fourth be with you (from me and my pocket R2...and his matching earrings too)

QOTD: earlier this week I bought I skirt off the "normal" racks at kohls. It was a stretchy skirt, it was xxl but it was on the normal racks!

b - coffee and half and half

s - cheese stick

lunch - 2 scrambled eggs

dinner - chicken breast

546 cal, 61 protein, 7 carbs

have a great weekend everyone!

Hi my fellow RnYers! Happy Friday!

JB, your little tuxedos are simply adorable! Happy Birthday to them!

I am so glad that the scale is moving again! I am on the cusp of exiting the obese BMI category and entering the Overweight category - another 5 pounds or so and I'll be there! Then a long slog until I hit Normal, or whatever that category underneath Overweight is! However long it takes, I'm in.

My NSVs have to do mostly with having stamina, being able to walk without fatigue, and most of all, feeling that I am no longer so gargantuan that I stand out as being someone with a Real Problem. I still have a good ways to go, but I feel so, so much better about my appearance, which truly made me suffer, and about my ability to move. Life is so much better now!

First: Two mugs of tea - almost 38 ounces to start the day!

B: Chicken with smoked gouda

L: tuna salad

D: Not sure yet - maybe some turkey.

I've been getting more protein lately and I feel good!

Here is a photo of the lilacs I picked on Wednesday! They are so fragrant! And also, a snap of my beautiful two little Siamese, my faithful companions. Mia is in front, Kai is slightly behind. The other photos are of the tulip fields I visited last Friday.

Have a wonderful day one and all!

Mia (who's gone blind) is very vocal, and she has a classic, throaty, Siamese voice. And loud! Shee****hat girl has a set of lungs! People listening on the phone assume I have a baby! Kai has a little kitten voice, is not a yowler, and isn't as talkative as her sister.
