Honestly, I've not very excited about MORE abdominal surgery but I am so excited about the possibilities of having less handfuls of skin! The only thing is that my RNY incision is about 4 inches long and didn't heal very pretty. It won't get fixed in this surgery. That said, the incision is a reminder of what my WLS has given me, so I'm not too concerned. Looking forward to being "perky" though!

LOL! I love the flat tummy, but didn't do my breasts. A good bra/bathing suit is my salvation!

You have been through a lot with the house. No wonder you get the blues. It will get better, but at least you made a better choice on the food than many of us would have pre-WLS!

thanks it has been a huge emotional mess since we put the old house on the market (sept 2017)

The days I work out I eat really well, the off days not as well... maybe that means i need to go everyday.

I love Steve Martin and I would have had absolutely NO CHILL if I saw him in public.

It is great to have the warmth! I sat at the pond around the corner for a while yesterday afternoon (too windy for the ocean beach). Most of the day yesterday was consumed by marking the existing invisible fence with flags and beginning the training with Justice. So far so good, but I realized I need some clearing done in the back of our lot where the fence runs.

QOTD: I've met several professional atheletes, but can't remember any of their names because I'm not that much into sports (sad, I know).

2 Years post-op

Always lots of coffee...

B: Eggs scrambled with cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna salad with pickles and cottage cheese

D: 1/2 burger with no bun at $5 burger night

S: mozzarella/prosciutto sticks, apple
