Good morning everyone! Happy Friday-Eve! Yesterday was the glorious day that was promised with temps in the high 80s and it was amaze-balls! We did a little gardening and ate steak on the patio. I felt the winter blues (literally) melting away.
Ok, I have a work-related PSA to share with you all--you can thank me later! Do not make sex videos of yourself or take naked pics of yourself because they WILL end up on the internet. I have spent the last two days dealing with some middle school kids who learned it the hard way. Ugh.
Accountability: I added a bunch of unplanned things, whoops. I had some cheese and almonds, plus a sugar-free skinny latte, then I switched dinner to a steak instead of a veggie burger. Calories were wicked high. Eep.
QOTD: Have you ever met anyone famous? I used to work for the Children's Museum in Boston and we occasionally had some super famous people come through including Michael J. Fox and his wife, Tim Robbins & Susan Sarandon, and Peter Scolari (the other bosom buddy!). I liked him the best--he was so fun and funny. I know there were others but those were the most memorable.
Good morning JB and friends and yippee to Friday eve! Today is a doctor appointments and shopping kind of day after I quickly stop in the office to find a sticky note I thought I put in my purse...
QOTD: I have been lucky to have met quite a few celebrities over the years when my daughter was growing up we met the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus's mom and Sister, and quite a few other Disney Channel stars. Also a few musical people Todd Rundgren, Dweezil Zappa, Richard Marx, and quite a few country artists when my husbands band or my daughter would open for them at the local fair. One of my favorite people I have met is Tim Daley he owns a house in a little town near me and I kept seeing him at Cumberland Farms well one morning about 25 years ago he bumped into me and I dropped my coffee so he bought me a new one.
Food for the day:
B: eggs
L: no clue on the go
D: lettuce tacos
Have a great day!
How exciting! Pictures please!

Good Morning. Why am I up so early? Slept horribly- went to that interval high intensity class yesterday and not sure which exercise but something messed up with my right arm/shoulder . So I've been Tylenol/ice/Epsom salt bath it now have TENS unit on it. Ugh.
QOTD: I sat at a restaurant in Acapulco back in the early 80's with OJ Simpson at the next table. :/. My parents were friends with Margret Truman Daniels, President Truman's daughter, So I knew Truman's grandkids and one in particular Clifton was really nice and used to like to play the piano at our house. I know there are others but can't think.

Take care of that injury. I went to yoga on Monday for the first time and my right shoulder which typically has issues ached for two nights. I think it was from using muscles that I have babied once the years, but an aching shoulder stinks when it comes to sleeping!
