I have started using some of the vitamin patches to see if my body absorbs the nutrients better. I am using the Iron patches and Calcium/D3 patches and considering the Multivitamin. I know that with oral vitamins that the Iron and Calcium need to be several hours apart to work, but can the patches be worn at the same time?

Thanks!

yes, they can. Because they aren't mixing.

Thanks! That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure.

I asked the same thing a few years ago and was told it was okay. So far so good, although even though my total iron is great, my Ferritin is still considered very low, even with oral and patch supplements, every day.
