I threw away a bunch of veggies and fruit yesterday and told Grim that I need to stop buying them. I am literally bought in to the fact that I want to be the type of person who eats avocados and fresh raspberries, but I am just not. They go bad every single time...

That's me and broccoli! I buy a small head of it almost every week and rarely cook it up. LOL!

good morning everyone (almost afternoon here)!
I had a busy morning, got to switch desks at work to one with a WINDOW, YAY!
I am always cold so hoping at least in the coming months the window will provide a little extra heat from the sunshine.

QOTD: I am not really a conspiracy theory believer but I will listen to anyone who thinks they have proof just to hear all the angles! I like to keep an open mind.

Morning: coffee w/half caramel PP
B: 3 turkey breakfast sausage links
L: crab salad & cheese stick
S: greek L&F protein 100 yogurt
D: not sure yet, probably a cheddar brat.

happy May!

Happy May Day JB and Menu Family!

Did you used to take little homemade May Baskets around to your friends when you were in grade school? We did, but I don't think kids do that much now days. I remember it always seemed to be the windiest day of the year on May 1st and our little paper cups of candy with the pipe cleaner handles kept blowing over, spilling all the candy out. Ha Ha!

How nice to have you doing the Menu thread, Julia! I don't blame Daisy for getting burned out. Doing it every day must be really tiring. Bless you for doing it, JB.

QOTD: No, I don't believe in any conspiracy theories, and I don't think I know anyone who does, but I definitely believe we aren't the only life in the universe and I definitely believe there are other spiritual dimensions.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 132, Calories - 1,400, Carbs - 159.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: ham & cheese on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt

D: general tso's spicy chicken, light & fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: walking Blossom around the subdivision

Have a fantastic day everyone!
