What's on you Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Thanks for starting us off JB! Lily and I enjoyed beautiful weather when we did our 4 miles this morning. We'll do another mile after supper too. QOTD not really they just make me chuckle. Accountability was spot on with no extra bites. Post op 5 years 8 months and weight at 118.2 today. Heres todays food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese 3 celery sticks D 31/2 oz smoked sausage 1/2 c seasoned green beans S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone! And some goats for JB too!

I didn't have lunch yesterday but I went to a buffet with my friend instead of support group. Did fine till I checked the desserts, went overboard.
Today my dad taking me to an early lunch for my birthday. Then tonight is WLS support group.
Qotd I believe in a few things like life on other planets.

Food? Not totally planned yet, I feel like in maintenance and on this journey you are constantly reinventing your plan. Something works for awhile and then it doesn't.
I tend to be a little over-dialed mentally with MFP so I cycle on and off it. Right now I am back on, have a calorie goal not to go over, high protein goal, and trying to eat some portion of 3 veggies a day, and 64oz of jus****er. I find prepping veggies just like anything else makes me more likely to eat them
B: usual fairlife latte, overnight oats w/protein powder blueberries
B2: eggbeaters bacon lite mozzarella
L: tuna and cucumber
D: grilled chicken w/homemade tzaziki sauce, asparagus
S: carrots and celery, protein drink, Greek yogurt
ex: gym - weight lifting
