What's on you Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning! Thanks for starting us up JB, hoping Daisy still reads and keeps in touch too. Today at work we have our annual optional health screening. I am one of our wellness champions for our location so this morning I will be running around trying to keep everyone on schedule and keep things running smoothly. It is a great benefit and we get immediate glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides with just a finger stick and of course they do height and weight. The worst part for most people is the fasting but I think it's worth it.
Accountability: Some somersaults found their way into my house (WHY!?!?!) and thus into my mouth last night.
QOTD: Sometimes it's fun to read through stories and what-not but I don't put much thought into whether I feel they are real/fake.

I only like the cinnamon ones but I could eat my weight in them. They are no longer allowed to be in the house for any reason whatsoever!
I love Somersaults. They are long distance driving food. I will eat the whole bag.

I just looked them up. Almonds are dangerous for me - these would be even more so so I'm NOT buying them!
