Good Morning! Thanks for starting us up JB, hoping Daisy still reads and keeps in touch too. Today at work we have our annual optional health screening. I am one of our wellness champions for our location so this morning I will be running around trying to keep everyone on schedule and keep things running smoothly. It is a great benefit and we get immediate glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides with just a finger stick and of course they do height and weight. The worst part for most people is the fasting but I think it's worth it.

Accountability: Some somersaults found their way into my house (WHY!?!?!) and thus into my mouth last night.

QOTD: Sometimes it's fun to read through stories and what-not but I don't put much thought into whether I feel they are real/fake.

Time since surgery: 3 years 8 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Buddig ham pack, mixed nuts and Carbmaster yogurt

D: Steak spinach salad with crumbled feta, avocado and raspberry vinaigrette dressing and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1170 Protein:119 Carbs:69 Fat:52

Have a great one!

I have 3 bags of somersaults in my desk drawer right now and haven't touched them. Other times I could eat all 3 bags (they're individual servings) at one time. So odd.

They are delicious.

I only like the cinnamon ones but I could eat my weight in them. They are no longer allowed to be in the house for any reason whatsoever!

Seriously, I almost typed that exact thing..that I could eat my weight in them!! I however don't discriminate on which flavor. I CAN EAT THEM ALL!

I'm so glad I don't know what they are, and don't want to. I know my limitations!

I'm with you- I almost googled them and then decided I didn't want to know- I'm pretty low on willpower with anything involving cinnamon and sugar.

Oh I hear you! Though Davies Gate makes (or made - not sure if they still are around) a pretty fabulous Cinnamon and Powdered Sugar Bath Soak. That's safe!

I love Somersaults. They are long distance driving food. I will eat the whole bag.

I just looked them up. Almonds are dangerous for me - these would be even more so so I'm NOT buying them!

I try and buy the single serve pouches instead of the big bags.
