Hello everyone,

Super late post again! Technically I had today off but it has been anything but a day off. I have been on the phone since 6am. I'm in the process of terminating 2 employees. Very stressful!

QOTD: I have been with the same credit union for 26 years. I used to love them but they gotten to big to really care about their customers anymore.

Accountability: Yesterday and today have small sleeve days. I think a lot of it has to do with stress.

This is what was on my plan for the day I haven't eat nowhere near what my plan is.

B: 2 oz hot italian sausage, 2.5 oz turkey sausage

L: 3oz turkey breast, 1oz low sodium ham

S: 2oz turkey breast

D: 2.5 oz top sirloin, 2oz keilbasa, 1/2C broccoli rabe

S: Ostrim meat stick

Cals: 721, Carbs: 7, Protein:94

Hi Daisy. Are you eating so little because that's all you fit in your pouch at 4 years out?

No, I happen to know Daisy wasn't feeling well that day. If you look her other menu posts she consistently eats just under 1000 calories a day and around 100g of protein. Actually, at 4 years out, you will find that most of us can eat a lot more than we could in the first year or two.
