I understand that!!!
It will be nice to not pay the plus size up charge on everything (she says, thinking that will come one day soon).

hi all

I think it is acid so taking nexium to try to help and tons of water. weight is down though so yay for that.
QOTD: generally i really like my bank but since we have moved, the closest one is 30 min away so not super convenient. but i can always get cash back at stores so it is not like we can't access our money.
Food for today:
leftovers of some sort whatever my stomach can feel like it can handle.
protein pancakes?
coffee
water
dinner is sketti and meatballs/ i will have meatballs and shiritaki noodles
Good morning Daisy and menu crew. Weekend was a wash out here, so wet, there is still standing water in the yard this morning and I never see that. Yuk. This week looks a little better. We are supposed to hit a high of 78 on Wed.
Accountability - meh....
QOTD - We have both been with the local credit union since HS. Convenient, reasonable and close.

Mornin' All!
more time in Chicago this past weekend which meant restaurant eating. We were home yesterday, though, and my eating was on target, but it still hasn't shown up on the scale. Hopefully it will tomorrow - my weight usually does go back down once I get back to my routine. Fortunately, no more out-of-town trips - or weeks with lots of meals out - for awhile. YAY! (Funny - I used to look forward to these splurges!)
QOTD: I've gone to the same credit union since the mid-80s. Love them - credit unions in general, and this particular one. I'd never go back to a regular bank.
2 years 10 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder + fresh raspberries
MS: coffee with half & half, Miralax/protein shake
L: tuna chickpea salad
AS: L&F yogurt
D: pulled pork or turkey meatballs with marinara sauce and zoodles
Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!
I helped at the Horse Show at the fairgrounds all day yesterday. It was unbelievably windy and the dust blew in sheets and covered everything! I enjoyed the horse show and it was fun helping, but I was covered in dirt by the end of the long day!
QOTD: I've used the same bank since I was 16 years old. I like it okay.
Accountability: I had a raised, glazed donut and a beer at the horse show. The donut was SO yummy! I usually can't stand the taste of beer, but this one had honey & lemonade in it (I think it was called Summer Shanty) and was actually pretty good. I haven't had an alcoholic drink it years, so it was kind of a nice treat for a change. Calories are higher due to my indulgences.
Protein - 79, Calories - 1400, Carbs - 183.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: ham & cheese on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: General Tso's spicy chicken
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups
E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning menu friends! Lily and I already have our 4 miles in and will do another mile after supper too. Accountability was spot on yesterday with no extra bites. Post op 5 years 8 months and weight at 118.4 today. QOTD we bank at First Bank because they used to have a local branch in our small town. They closed the local branch but its too much work to change banks with auto pay bills, etc. Our vehicle and RV loans have always been through a credit union. Just not motivated enough to switch there though. Heres the food for today B 1/2 c sterl cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese 3 baby carrots D 31/2 oz ground beef patty 1/2 c green beans S 5 oz cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar added jam. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone! Off to make some coffee!

GAH! It just took me 2.5 hours to drive 25 miles into work today. I am going to miss a lot of things about this job but the commute is not one of them!
QOTD: I started with Bank of Boston almost 30 years ago and they were sold and then sold again and and again... I am now a Bank of America customer with the same account number that I originally had. There are things I don't love about being part of a giant corporation but there are convenience benefits too, so I haven't been motivated to switch to a smaller bank, yet.
Daisy--you forgot to put FOOD on your menu! Everything okay?
Not sure why, but over the last few days, my GERD is back and worse than ever. Luckily that is making me not too eager to eat.
B: Protein coffee
S: Greek yogurt
L: Steak
D: Meatballs, pineapple & broccoli
OMG - That commute must be tough!!! I would be gripping the wheel!! LOL
