If I eat processed carbs (whites) I get very bloated. If I stay away from bread, crackers, chips, potatoes, etc. I feel so much better.

Lapband surgery in 2009 -  Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

I have this problem. It turned out to be a bacterial overgrowth. Go to a gastroenterologist and insist on a breath test for SIBO (Google that). Because my doctor did not do it when I initially presented I have become very ill.

You could have bacterial overgrowth in your gut! I had this and for years I was bloated and had no clue why. I stopped eating gluten as well which also can help.

Hi, I was told to use Adolph's unseasoned meat tenderizer. You usually only need a little. It breaks down the food. I hope that you try it and are helped by it. Good luck with everything. :)
