Good Morning... So glad you posted an inspirational meme because I had something inspirational to share as well. Saw this on IG @syattfitness and made it into the lock screen on my phone. We may talk about the food but it starts in our brains.

overnight oats w/flax and Greek yogurt
pork rind and Parmesan crusted chicken and butternut squash zoodles
possible snacks: Greek yogurt, boars head low sodium chicken breast, Pb and celery
ex: rest day

G'morning everybody and Happy Friday!!
Plans for the weekend : long board contest and DS is competing. So we'll be on the beach from the crack of dawn till god knows when both Sat & Sun. I'm bringing my crochet project so I can sneak in the car and be productive instead of standing on the beach and look at one surfer after another. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited when DS is competing but that's like 10% of the time, the rest of the time I'm daydreaming or freezing on the beach (depending on the time of day).
Accountability : cals 938 ( a little bit higher than my plans), protein 124, carb 24.

D: lasagna - I'll be eating only the sauce

2) pier near my home with USS Palo Alto slowly sinking. It's also called the cement ship. Supposedly DH's grandma used to go dancing on this ship. Now it's a place for sharks. Two summers ago they had to move the jr guard program to another beach because there were few shark babies and the kids, including DS, were shark bait! :-)

Just trying to keep my head above water and get my food in check.
QOTD: Not really a big lotion fan and use non fragrant everything. Allergic to chemicals in most products.
Coffee with Fairlife and cream
Protein shake Isopure banana 1 and half scoops or 37 grams of protein.
Lunch: half a low carb wrap with ham and cheese
Dinner: Unsure but I have shrimp and veggies stir fry from Trader Joes which may be a good option
Snack: Yogurt low carb
