I just realized how close our dates are. I still have 3 weeks before my plan let's me have raw veggies. I am so looking forward to a cucumber in the near future!

yeah, my plan was clear liquids only in the hospital. then 1 week full liquids, then weeks 2-3 were purees, week 4-5 soft foods and weeks 6+ add new foods one at a time, so I was thankful I got to start having more options a lot earlier than some.
i'm still a bit apprehensive about some raw veggies, but cucumbers are pretty soft and i peel them so they're not as intimidating! LOL

Good Morning and Happy Friday Eve! We are started to cool down just a bit and should be perfect and around 75(F) over the weekend. The 90+ temps the last few days was too hot, especially for April.
Accountability: I want to stay 100% to my menu today....I will report back tomorrow.
QOTD: Mostly debit card but I do like to have a few dollars and change on me-just in case.

D: Real good pepperoni pizza, a small salad with bleu cheese, and 2 squares of 90% dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Accountability: cals:770, protein:76, carbs:34. I like my new method of announcing to you my intakes. After last weekend's fiasco I feel like by telling you guys what I did yesterday it keeps me more accountable.
