I got the results of the biopsy I had on some sores on the inside of my cheek yesterday, NOT cancer! YAY! But it is a condition that could possibly turn into cancer, so they want to check it every 3 months.
QOTD: I use a bank credit card which I try to pay off regularly. I use it because it earns me money with every certain amount spent. I buy a lot of things on our local dollar auction, so I get out ones and fives to have in my purse, since they like cash and exact change.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 101, Calories - 1,115, Carbs - 62.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, banana
L: ham & cheese on 45 calorie bread, light & fit Greek yogurt
D: chicken stir fry with vegetables, light & fit Greek yogurt
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups
E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

That's very good news! Every three month follow up is kind of a pain but still much better than the alternative!

Good morning. All goes well, but I'm really tired of soft foods now. I'm starting to eat more lunch meats and have found a few chicken bars that are "soft enough." The carbs are still too high as dairy continues to be a main source of protein. Though I tried those Enchiladas last night that Eggface recommended. I had the chicken one and it was soft and very delicious. Nice for 190 cals and 20 grams of protein. Wasn't easy to find around me, but one place did have it that I stumbled upon. I wasn't going to order a case to try it - link via Eggface.
QOTD - I use my CC almost exclusively as I never carry a balance and like the cash back.
B - 3 eggs softly scrambled with a tbs of cheese - maybe two because the guy put it on vs. me today
S - Fage and protein powder
L - 4 oz lunch meat turkey
S - 2/3 cup of eggface soft lasagna (this may not get consumed as I have meetings all afternoon)
D - Costco Turkey Stuffed pepper - nice they don't use rice in it
S - SF Jello or SF frozen yogurt (not sure yet)
HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

I found the pizza she recommend but I haven't been able to find the enchiladas and those are what I really wanted to try. The pizza was ok kind of reminiscent of a totino's but not as sweet.

It is going to be another beautiful day I think!
I had some serious cravings yesterday (pretty sure it's hormonal-PMS related) and I ended up eating some snacks but nothing off plan- some extra cheese and a half oz of mixed nuts. calories were still under 700 though since the yogurt I brought with me to work was too disgusting for me to eat (the coffee flavor Oikos triple zero is a definite no-go for me- tasted like VOMIT-ack!)
Also substituted tuna salad on cucumber slices for dinner instead of the meatballs- i'll have those today.
I got in about 20 mins on my elliptical last night before I was done. I guess I'm starting slow...the energy isn't all there quite yet but I'll keep going til I build up some more stamina!
QOTD: I use my debit card for almost everything, and pay all my bills through the chase app. I had a HUGE credit card debt built up from when I was in my 20's and learned my lesson after moving back in with my parents a couple years ago just to pay it all off...took almost 2 years and I was paying like $1500/month!
DH and I wanted to buy a house but we couldn't afford it til those were paid off...so we just don't use credit anymore except for emergencies or things we can pay off within 3 months. no more than $500 allowed on the balance at a time! everything else gets paid out of our checking or savings acct. the only thing I get cash for is to pay the babysitter!
