Chris, You always have so few calories. Are you really able to stay that low now? I am having a hard time staying under 800 while trying to drop a 2 pound "creep".

Liz, it's not easy but when go higher I start gaining again. Sometimes I'm upwards of 700 but not too often. The scale hasn't gone down in so long but I'm keeping positive.

That just sounds like so little! Do you weigh and track everything?

I do weigh and track everything on MFP. The only thing I usually forget is the little bit of cream I use in my one coffee a day. I certainly feel like eating more on most days but I'm so scared because as soon as I up my calories the scale goes up. I can't even look at carb without gaining, not that would be eating many anyway but I would like a little more veggies or a 1/2 piece of fruit. I slip fruit in once in a blue moon but then i pay for it. Ever since I strangulated my colon about 7 years ago my body just hasn't worked the same since. It's bizarre.

I feel for you Chris! I'm sorry it is so hard for you. Good thing you can cook all those proteins so well!
