Hey all... It is Monday short week for me and I will take it!!! Weekend was good Saturday we went and found my daughter some graduation gifts. She is really into vintage things and we found a vintage shop about an hour away. Got her two beautiful pins which I hope she loves as much as we did. Still have not found a dress for graduation but I have a few things I can choose from if nothing strikes my fancy.

QOTD: Hum... If I unlimited funds and could do a trip I have two trips I would want to do. One would be go to Australia I would love to go there. The other one would be to walk the Camino de Santiago. My daughter did this during the summer of her sophomore year of high school and it was such an experience for her that I would love to take her and my husband and experience it with them both. While she was on the journey we watched the movie The Way with Martin Sheen about his journey on the Camino de Santiago with his sons ashes and it was great to see so many of the places that Emily was at. Anyway daydreaming over....

Food for the day:

B: Bacon and a slice of cheese

L: turkey and cheese

D: steak and salad

S: cake bites (husband went an bought vitamins as GNC on Saturday and saw these and said he thought I might like a treat, hope I don't like them to much)

Have a great day everyone hope your weather is a nice where you are as it is going to be today in Vermont! Finally some sunshine...

I too would love to hike the Camino del Santiago! It is a goal. I loved The Way, too - isn't the scene where that enormous incense braiser is swung amazing?

My daughter said that ceremony was one of the most moving things she has ever had the opportunity to be a part of. It was amazing to watch the movie with her and pause it and hear her stories from her journey along the way. However, she started in Spain next time she said she wants to start at the beginning.

Good morning! It was such a great weekend, so nice to see the sun. I was beginning to wonder. My wife and I spent some time outside getting things cleaned up, and just enjoying the weather, kept it low key all weekend. My ride in this morning was uneventful, and I really liked not being frozen to the core. I can't wait for the ride home today, it is supposed to be 19 degrees or so (approx. 68 F).

Menu: Pure Protein bar and sipping my coffee for breakfast (and I smashed a meat stick before I got on my bike this morning.....felt a little shaky pre-ride)

MS: mutsu apple slices and a meat stick, same for AS

L: Pure Protein bar (one of those mornings, didn't feel like making all the noise in the kitchen like a raccoon looking through the cupboards)

S: Unknown but on plan.

ES: Decaf. I'm going out with the band after we rehearse, but I'm trying not to eat in the evenings.

QOTD: I'd probably split it up by week, starting in Scotland, then Ireland, maybe head to the Dominican or Bahamas and park it on a beach, and finally, go north to a cabin, isolated from everything and just enjoy my coffee on a covered porch, listening to the woods. Maybe find a good spot to bike a trail or two.

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

QOTD: I wouldn't want to be away from my dogs for a whole month, but if there was some way I could have my two dogs with me at a beach somewhere, that's where I'd like to go.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 136, Calories - 1,395, Carbs - 174.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: ham on 45 calorie bread

D: chicken stir fry with vegetables

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Have a wonderful day everyone!
