To this day at 4.5 years out everything I eat that is meat or egg based has some sort of "wiggle" sauce on it. You should see our fridge for two people we have more than enough condiments to feed a family of 8 and they are all mine! LOL
Wiggle Sauce is brilliant, I am so stealing that!

Lol my husband coined the term at our house, and I love it! He'll ask what we're having for dinner and I'll say, "I have chicken in the crock pot, add wiggle sauce of choice." Or if I tell him we're having (insert type of meat) he asks what kind of wiggle sauce I'll be putting on it.
Open the fridge and there are about 30 bottles of different condiments :P

Your menus and macros are spot on Pollyanna! You are doing an excellent job!
A lot of people around here have a name we call "meat rollups" you take a slice of your deli meat and roll that around a slice of your fav cheese and dip in whatever condiment floats your boat.
I LOVE oven roasted turkey breast deli slices rolled around swiss cheese with a hot mustard! YUM!
Keep up the great work!!

Good morning,
It snowed last night here in Michigan. It's still spitting a little bit right now. I'm so ready for summer. They said it's supposed to warm up Friday but I'll believe it when I see it.
I have a drs appt today so hopefully he will have my results of my liver test.
Yesterday I didn't make it to support group due to my car being grounded by the mechanic. They couldn't get one of my tire to torque so I had to visit my mechanic. He got it to torque so I like the price tag, free but my dad already brought me home already and they live way across town from me and it was rush hour traffic so he's picking me up later this morning to get it.
I ate lunch out yesterday, had chicken tenders then I wasn't hungry at dinner time but before bed I wanted something and didn't want a meal so I had popcorn.
Qotd very rarely because I could spend that money somewhere else because I wouldn't win. Feel like it's giving my money to the state.
B egg mcmuffin and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D chicken breast and asparagus
Have a good day
Good morning :)
So the scope yesterday showed ulcers. I'm actually fine/happy as this is treatable and I don't have to go for more invasive surgery to find a cause of the pain. They did a biopsy so I'm hoping to find out more when I go for a follow-up with the surgeon. I'm doing a liquid-ish diet and slowly reintroducing food to see what sits okay. I just need to make sure I get enough calories for the little bean.
I have a midwife appointment this morning and then I plan to go to a grocery store near their office that has some things on sale that we could use.
QOTD: I love scratch tickets!! I sometimes buy lotto tickets, but not as often. My grandma used to buy me scratch tickets when I was a kid... I don't even know how it got started, but it's still kind of our thing :)
Post-op three years, one month.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - crackers and peanut butter
Lunch - scrambled egg
Snack - pudding, something protein
Dinner - pureed soup, maybe cheese
Snack - fake cheesecake
All water and vits.

sorry to hear about the ulcers, what a bummer. But at least you have an answer and a plan.
How is baby Meggles doing?
