What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
Yeah we really should learn better. But we don't have specific lunch hours, we just go when it's convenient for us. But when we cater in, they usually call us by department, usually alphabetically. So the Accounting people always went first, and the Processing team (mine) is usually at the tail end. They switch it up now, or draw teams out of a hat or something, but they still tell us how many/how much we can take on the first round. Oy vey.

Wow, it amazes me how adults can act like kindergarteners.
You are a better person than me for keeping your calm. Brava!

Yeah. I think we've go it straightened out and I'm not going to fuss about it unless it comes up again, then I'll go to HR. I think it's a fuzzy line because even I kind of joke about my small portions, or marvel "oh man, I'm full already!" to the few coworkers who know. And I don't mind answering questions about it from them if they're curious. I really haven't had any issues with anyone at work knowing until that. I guess I just thought not announcing to a room about what a person is or isn't eating for medical reasons was common sense.

hi all
yesterday was work, get the mail, gas station coffee :), home depot, gym, more coffee lol, then home. I did a spin class which was 10 miles on the bike plus some arm and some leg work.
food was good yesterday- i decided no slider foods at all except during the day. at night I will only have denser protein. it just works better for me. also the rest of the month at least I am cutting myself off from whipped cream. It has become a daily thing and although it is yummy and not full of calories or makes me sick, it is almost a mental crutch I don't need right now.
QOTD: I play the lotto when there is a big payout but not regularly. your setup sounds awesome.
Food plan for today:
Leftover pork/flax muffin (low carb)
spinach
coffee
coffee (with PP)
not sure on dinner yet need to figure that out.
Gym work will be something not sure. I think i will pickout a different class to take. the anytime fitness has a computer kiosk and you go to it, select a program and walk i and take the class. it is pretty neat. the other location close to me has live classes so its not like you are missing out also. may join this one, still have until friday for free trial

Happy Tuesday!!! Today is going to be a glorious day in the southwest -- our high is only supposed to be in the 70s (24C); normally I'd plan to work from home so I could enjoy it but I have an all day workshop so I'll suck it up in the office -- at least I won't have the AC blasting when I come home.
Accountability: well, at 8 weeks out, I found out what everyone means when they talk about the foamies. Ooops. As a result I ended up low on fluids and protein for the day. I have been using the stopwatch on my phone to make sure I eat slow but I didn't last night so bad on me.
QOTD: Yes! One of my friends that I travel with and I take turns buying a 10 week draw with any money we win going to our trip fund. Well, if we win any money, it will go to our trip fund!

Lol a dry bite of deli turkey got me a couple weeks ago! I was like,"OMG I'm choking. I'm dying. Death by turkey. What is this." For about 20 minutes until it wiggled down. I was coughing but couldn't actually cough it OUT. Now EVERYTHING gets wiggle sauce.
