What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers

Happy Monday all!! Sounds like the weather is brutal up where the's actual winter, it has to end soon, right? My sunday photography class was so good and so fun, I can't wait to try out the stuff I learned. Then I came home and sort of picked up the house.
Accountability: I didn't get all my planned exercise in this weekend. I am much better about working out during the week. Today I have my walking group tonight, one of our last days before we break for summer. I also went over my daily carb limit on Saturday because I "treated myself" to a steamed milk and 2 espresso shots at the airport. The extra carbs in regular skim milk (and 12 oz vs 8 oz) sneak up on you (or at least on me).
QOTD: I didn't think about it which is funny because just Saturday I was telling my friend that 2018 is the year of ME -- taking care of myself and doing the right things for me.

Good morning :)
I didn't post much last week as I was in the hospital for three days with abdominal pain. I have to go back today for a scope procedure to see if there is anything going on with pouchy. Because of the pain I've been on a liquid diet. And I wasn't allowed to eat Thursday until 1pm (ultrasound) and Friday until 4pm (in case they could get me in for a scope at the end of the day) and today no eating before my scope at noon. So, I have lost five pounds... And not in a good way.
QOTD: I didn't post on Friday but I wouldn't have included myself as I think I'm more inclined to think extrinsically with questions like that. I think having surgery and staying on plan is me loving myself. I try to make time to do things that help me relax or make me happy. I would have included my husband and puppies on my list. I can't have a bad day if I see them all :) I sure did miss them when I was in the hospital last week.
Post-op three years, one month.
Afternoon snack - protein shake
Dinner - pureed soup
Snack - custard or pudding
All water and vits.
Thanks :)
Apparently I have ulcers... I have to wait until my followup with the surgeon to find out where, how many, and how bad. I will be on two meds for now to help the healing process.
I'm very curious to find out if they determine the cause because I have been 100% compliant since surgery with no NSAIDs, no smoking, nothing that should have caused them as far as I've read.
Sending you positive energy and healing thoughts.
