What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers
hi all
weekend was a busy one- Friday night there were protein bars involved, several.... not good. Saturday we ate out at chilis i had a burger no bun and salsa. last night I made broiled salmon with mixed veg. did some clothes shopping also. highlights were a pair of LAMB sandals with the 130$ price tag still on them for $3. they are gorgeous. also got a pair of st john pants for $1
Bear watch- no sign of bear which is a shame. really wanted to catch my chicken killer.

loaded nachos for DH/meat for me
exercise: gym- im going to try their spin class at the kiosk and some more arm/ab work.

it snowed here much of the weekend, too - not looking forward to getting out on the road this morning. At least it should be gone in a couple of days! I'm looking forward to finally enjoying April!
I finally announced my retirement to our staff on Friday (and posted it on Facebook, too). Last official day is August 1, last working day is July 3 (the discrepancy is due to accumulated vacation days - I'd rather leave a month early than get paid a lump sum for them).
QOTD: to be honest, it just didn't occur to me. Even if it did, it would have sounded kind of weird to say that, I think. I wouldn't have said it for fear of sounding self-centered. But honestly, it just never popped into my mind.
