How adorable little Daisy was (and is)! I too succumbed to cookies yesterday (chocolate chunk) and not only hated myself, but my innards were also not happy. I have a class reunion in 8 days. I need to reel it in!

Accountability- I didn't binge on bad things- but i did have quest chips and a 90 cal fiber one brownie. I stayed about right about on calorie allotment.

Plans this weekend- have to run back to our 'old' house tomm - DH is a landscape/interior designer and new owners want his expertise and possible work to 'fix' the backyard since it was destroyed when the septic was upgraded after they moved in. We plan to bring back our other truck also that has been at the neighbors house since we moved. I also need to get groceries and workout. I haven't pulled the trigger ont he gym, was going to on Sat but they were really busy so they gave me a guest pass instead through this Wednesday. no evening classes there tonight. I'm having an undecided time with it because I like the pool and spin classes and the other gym's don't have that. but they are10 min closer....
Here is baby supershopper. I'm holding a american ****er spaniel named buffy. we had 1 litter of them growing up. she died later of heart worms in the 1980's.

Good morning! A friend was in town last night and we went and saw a movie. He ate before he came to collect me because "he didn't know if I ate now." And I made fun of him a little by saying things like,"no, I now exist on fresh air and sunshine." In kind of a hippie, flower-child way. (I did gently let him know I can find something decent on most menus now and that I can eat protein and some veg) I snuck a Premier Protein shake into the movie in my purse.

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family! Everyone's childhood pictures are SOOO cute!
I think I was 2 or 3 years old in this picture. It was before my "ugly" years when I knocked out a front tooth sledding and got glasses. When I look at childhood pictures of myself with short hair, those weird glasses and a fake tooth that didn't really match the others and later on braces, I wonder how my mom could go into the grocery store with me and not be mortified at how ugly I was. Fortunately in high school I got contacts, got the braces off, got a better looking front tooth, grew my hair long and ended up looking passable. LOL!
We are supposed to get a HUGE blizzard tonight and Saturday! Up to 9 inches of snow! UGH!
