Accountability: I added a banana to my yogurt last night and a oatmeal/granola bar
QOTD: I use GUM brand flossers, Crest Complete toothpaste and I have a Sonicare toothbrush.

D: 4oz chicken breast and mashed cauliflower
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

good morning everyone!
weather is pretty nice here today. yesterday was warmer but cloudy and a little drizzly. hoping today will be sunnier, supposed to get up around 70.
Accountability: last night I had some sf chocolate protein pudding, off plan but not over cals, but it did give me a tummy ache because I think I ate it a bit too fast and it had a lot of air bubbles in it. probably wont try it again for a while.
QOTD: I use a SoniCare electric toothbrush, have used it for about 12 years and will never go back to a regular hand brush again. it seriousy makes a huge difference, like Daisy said, feels like I went to the dentist for a cleaning every day! My teeth are very tight so I need to use the satin floss or "glide" because regular floss or even the plain waxed kind always gets stuck in my teeth. Crest pro Health toothpaste with whitening...it does it all...whitens, protects against periodontal disease (which is hereditary in my family) and has sensitivity protection. also use ProHealth mouthwash...feels so much better than some of the others with a lot of alcohol in them, and keeps my teeth feeling clean most of the day.

L: leftover Salmon Patty and Brussels sprouts (thought I had this yesterday but grabbed a different container with leftover egg roll in a bow instead!)

it was the powder mix, i made it with Premier protein instead of milk, but after whisking it seemed to get super frothy & when it firmed up the bubbles never really settled...so I think it was probably just too much air.
I'll try mixing the powder with yogurt next time though, that's a great idea!

Good morning OH~ Sorry to hear about your migraine, they suck! I've had only one that I can think of since surgery but I used to get them at least monthly. The count down is on for my son's graduation next week!! 7 more day until I get to hug my kiddo! I've missed him so much these last 12 weeks it's just crazy! I know it's nothing compared how long he will be away over the next four years, but at least we will be able to talk, text and skype. CAN'T WAIT!!!
QOTD - I am very particular about my toothbrush. I get it from my dentist, it's a special brand you can't get at the store and it's extra soft. I use floss sticks/picks and a proxy brush all day long (they are everywhere I go - in my house, car, office, purse). I have an awesome cordless water-pik I use in the shower every morning. Toothpaste I don't care, I get whatever looks the best at the time. I've never found one I truly love.
Accountability - I had a small handful of pretzels late last night. Impulsive and mindlessly stolen from Rob as he was snacking.

Morning!
Today I go in for my 1 month follow up from revision surgery. Hope my surgeons office is running on time today. Sometimes I'm in and out in 30ish minutes and sometimes I wait for over an hour. I get that he's a surgeon and things happen during surgery or rounds that can hold him up.
QOTD: I too am paranoid about my teeth. Brush twice a day and floss. Go to the dentist twice a year. I use Colgate in the morning and a special toothpaste my dentist gave me in the evening.

Howdy,
I haven't been eating stellar the last few days but also not eating much! Stress is killing my tummy lately. So for instance, I couldn't eat the other night so I had low sugar oatmeal for dinner. Hey I am still dropping weight and taking all my vits. Yesterday, I had protein pasta veggie based with a piece of pork and that went down well enough.
I use Arm and Hammer baking soda toothpaste and an electric brush. Should floss more often but I dont.
Food for the day:
Protein shake 1 1/2 scoops isopure
Lunch: eggs maybe?
Dinner: hamburger minus bun with cheese and some sort of veggie. (need to eat out tonight because inspector coming to my house with our home buyers)
Snack : Who knows but mostly low carb yogurt is my snack of choice

I am glad you are feeling better. I am doing okay, I'm 6 weeks out of surgery and things are going okay. I am struggling a little bit with eating and I think I'm getting a little bored with my choices. I feel like eating is a chore and I don't really like food right now. I have to eat extremely slowly, or else it feels like things get stuck (even when I'm chewing teeny tiny pieces to mush). Sometimes I have to pause 5-10 minutes during my meal before I can continue. Because of this, I'm mostly eating soup at work, because it's easy and I tolerate it well. I haven't really transitioned to regular food per my program. I seem to tolerate ground turkey the best, so I've been having it either seasoned as taco meat or in marinara sauce. I only really eat yogurt for breakfast because I can eat that in about 20 minutes and that's all I have time for in the mornings.
QOTD: I have a samsung electronic toothbrush and just a regular toothbrush, I use both of them. I just switched to Sensodyne toothpaste to try and help with my sensitivity near my gums. I have routinely been terrible about flossing, and I really need to be better. I've flossed every night for the past two weeks, and it feels much better, I will be continuing for sure!

S: I have no clue. I am out of a lot of "regular" foods. I do have some turkey meatballs in the freezer that I'll probably warm up.
V: I just switched from Celebrate to Procare and so far so good. I much prefer taking the chewable multi-vitamin with iron, then taking 3 calcium chews throughout the day. I can't wait until I can switch to capsules, my program says at 2 months.
E: I got a quick 15 minute walk in on my break, but it's pouring rain now, so I don't think I'll make it out on my lunch.

back from Nashville and very sad about it. It was a nice break from reality, now it's time to play catch up and finish all my homework that I fell behind on.
QUOTD: I'm also super obsessive regarding my dental hygiene. I use a soft bristled environmentally friendly, non plastic tooth brush. I'm trying to be more conscious of my use of plastics. Then I use a prescription strength toothpaste from my dentist. Floss and tongue scraper is a must. Then I use a whitening mouth wash.
