Buongiorno Bella's & Bello's! Comme est ta? I am okay. Yesterday I had a brutal migraine and I took a sick day. Ugh this crappy weather and horrible Spring is really doing a number on me.

Morning! Sorry you felt bad yesterday... I was having headaches last week, which is so rare for me, and I immediately felt for all of you who struggle with migraines regularly.
QOTD: I am not picky. I have very "good" teeth. I have never ever had a cavity or anything bad. I do have an implant because I knocked out a tooth in a car accident as a teen. I don't like that because I can't do much in terms of whitening because that tooth will always be the same color. I have thought about using the charcoal that everyone is raving about.
Morning!
sorry to hear about your migraine, that's the worst. I think this crazy spring must be rough for a lot of people!
im trying to get back into reading more, so I'm setting daily goals. Yesterday was day one. It was ok. My attention span is rooouuugh!
Qotd: I'm not really fussed. Usually colgate sensitive or sensodyne. I do love my toothbrush though. I always buy the Colgate 360 brushes.
accountability: on plan went out for pho for dinner. Seriously my favourite post op meal. We shared a chicken skewer starter, then I order a spicy seafood soup, no noodles. Yum!
menu:
B: coffee and premier
L: Thai tuna with sliced cucumbers
D: probably the pork chops we didn't cook yesterday.
S: cottage cheese and probably some sunflower seeds
have a good one!

I'm having headaches and sinus problems too, but I don't feel sick, so I know for sure it's the weather. Ugh. Warm up already!
qotd: I'm not picky, I use a regular toothbrush and Colgate toothpaste. I also prefer dental stick closers over regular floss. I actually have a weird phobia/disgust about toothpaste. I mean, of course I brush my teeth, but I almost always gag at the texture, the foaminess. I can NOT tolerate people who walk around brushing their teeth, trying to talk with toothpaste in their mouth, etc. it's SO disgusting to me.
breakfast: maybe just a protein shake. I feel super put off food today and I think it's the sinuses.
lunch: I'll take a tuna creations packet and maybe a string cheese
dinner: unsure. A friend is in town and we might go eat, then see a movie. Whatever I choose will be protein

I hate listening or watching other people brush their teeth. Just grosses me out (though I was okay with my kids when they were small and needed to be supervised).

I'm sure I'd be ok with my own kids some day. I have a best friend/ex roommate who would walk around the house and try to talk to me while brushing her teeth and I just couldn't look at her, and even hearing her talk with a mouthful of toothpaste... shudder. I'm grossing my own self out just remembering!

Good morning! We are on the countdown for leaving Florida in 6 days . It is going to feel cold there. It is 56 this morning here and I feel chilled - the high when we get home will be about 50 (low of 35).
QOTD: I always use Colgate toothpaste (one of the supposed whitening ones), an OralB soft manual toothbrush, and little brushes for between my teeth. I may have to get one of the spin brushes and try it out.
2 Years post-op
Always lots of coffee...
B: Eggs scrambled with cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Roast turkey
D: Something Mexican - probably fajita innards (going to a Mexican restaurant).
S: Yogurt and/or mozzarella/prosciutto sticks

Good morning good morning!! Thursday means the weekend is so close, yay! This week is making me so tired! We are about to get a bit of a cool spell here is AZ, dropping down to the low 80s/high 70s for a few days so I'm excited.
Accountability:I got home and was so tired, I couldn't be bothered to cook my sausage so had some cheese instead. Enjoyed it, stayed under my calorie and carb goals and over on my protein so all good.
QOTD: I have to switch toothpaste regularly because I get bored with the same minty taste. The one I'm using now is more citrus so it's a nice change.
B: coffee + premier
S: coffee + premier
L: Black Cherry Skyr
S: plain greek yogurt plus .25 scoop of salted caramel flavored whey protein
Totals: 357 calories, 60 protein, 19 carbs

When we drove to Calif last month for my bros funeral, we drove through flaggstaff and remarked that there was snow in some spots. Coming from south Carolina, that just thrills us. But a week later, coming back, it was actually snowing and it was a bit scary because we are not used to driving on icy roads. But when we came back down to the lower elevations, it was better driving. Whew!
