Hello everyone! I've been remiss about checking in other than to update my weight and "about me" monthly. Doing well- 116 total pounds lost at 8 months out, RNY. The cold weather (are we EVER going to have spring) is keeping me in the house more than I would like, so snacking is starting to be an issue. Need to STOP that- though I'm not doing horrid snacks. So, today:

B- chocolate protein shake

L- grilled chicken breast (about 3 oz), 1/2 slice of melted swiss cheese, a few tsps. of cauliflower soup

D- likely leftovers of the chicken, cheese, and soup

Sn- light cheese stick or those heavenly cheese crisps! LOVE those things! I have (6) whisps or other brand, so ~39 cal. Not a horrid snack, plus I love the crunch.

Accountability- I think I'm doing pretty good :-)

QOTD response: usually one of several cats!

Morning all. I've been reading but not posting. Work has been super stressful, but I decided to make a point of it today. It's been in the 90's all week, but cooler today and even cooler tomorrow.

DQOTD: Water, a box of tissue, the chargers for my phone, fitbit and running watch and at night, my phone which acts as my alarm clock

My Plan:

B: 2 eggs scrambled with .5 oz of cheese (I left some of the egg. Just want feeling it this morning)

L: 4 oz chicken thigh meat

D: Tri-Tip/spinach salad or tri tip with asparagus

S: I got a latte at Starbucks. I allow myself a coffee on days where I'm at the gym and tonight is Spin followed by TRX. I will likely have a mini kind bar or some almonds between classes

Hi all! Happy Wednesday!

I am totally enjoying mornings looking out on the water!

My new couch & chair were delivered - they are beautiful. I'm going to have to Scotchgard them today though - they are a pale oatmeal color - the accidents are just waiting to happen! Doing that today.

I bought a really, really beautiful coffee table and just love it here, but it is massive! So happy I got it though, it's a truly stellar Craigslist score.

I'm running down to Michael's arts/crafts store today - I do this when they put their very well made artists canvases on sale. $40 rather than $99 for a 48"x 60" canvas, worth the trip. Only prob is - I need a different H-frame easel. It's my next big purchase.

QOTD: books, a lamp, charger for phone & table****er, Kleenex, photos, moisturizer.

First: tea, first of at least 100 oz today

B: ham & smoked gouda

L: chicken salad

D: shrimp

have a wonderful day my friends!
