Good morning! We had a lot of rain here yesterday afternoon and evening, but we should be mostly sunny in the 80's here until we leave in a week.

Accountability: Very bad - I seem to be eating everything that needs to be cleaned out before we leave... time to nip that in the bud!

QOTD: My night stand has a lamp, pictures of 2 of my children, my phone, a clock, my kindle and my reading glasses. All very orderly. Don't ask about DH's nightstand - he has always been immune to clutter even though it drives me crazy.

2 Years post-op

Always lots of coffee...

B: Eggs scrambled with cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Shrimp

D: Crustless quiche

S: Yogurt and/or mozzarella/prosciutto sticks

Morning! I'm posting from the train so no pretty pic of my menu today.

Did I tell you all that my "baby" is coming for the long weekend? This is the youngest of the kids whose mom died of cancer 3 years ago. She is 17 and looking at colleges. I'm losing my mind with excitement that she might be moving nearby. I'm going to do a HARD SELL so I'm trying to plan a peffect weekend. Any suggestions for what 17 year old girl like (besides 17 year old boys?)...

QOTD: Funny you should ask, my kittens knocked over a bottle of water into my iPad this morning. Grrrr. But usually, clock, iphone & iPad, and tons of water and/or iced tea.

B: Venti nonfat, sugar free Cinnamon Dolce Latte

S: Cheese Whisps

L: Chicken skewers with eggplant tomato spread

S: hard boiled egg & chomps meat stick

D: Baked beans and hotdog!

Mornin'!

Great eating day yesterday, after a few days of restaurant hell. Hasn't shown up on the scale yet (a drop, that is), but it could take a couple of days. I have lunch with a friend today and tomorrow, so hopefully I can keep my daily calories under control. I'm going to try my hardest!!!

QOTD: clock, radio (because the radio that's in the clock doesn't work anymore, and I'm too cheap to buy a new one), lamp, small heated cat bed (because my arthritic senior loves to sleep on the night stand), coaster (for beverages), a manila envelope with forms I have to fill out for our upcoming lawyer appt (we're going to re-do our wills), and a couple of books.

2 years 10 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade blueberry sauce

MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake

L: ?? depends on where we go. I'm hoping she'll be up for Mexican food so I can get a taco or fajita

AS: if the lunch wasn't too bad calorie-wise, then probably a L&F yogurt

D: may just have cottage cheese if I'm up near my calorie limit. Otherwise, tuna salad on a Flat Out wrap

ex: Aqua Zumba

Good morning!

Menu is a protein bar/shake day again. Seems to agree with me during the week, as long as I add a couple of apples in there once in a while to boost the fibre a bit. Supper is unknown, but on-plan for sure. All vitamins and water of course.

QOTD: I have a dimmer lamp, my clock, a box of kleenex, a cup of water (with lid and straw for when, not if, I knock it over reaching for it), and currently a medium decaf from Tim Hortons' that I forgot to finish last night.

:)
