Some people literally cant and throw them up..you cant prevent it all
Not taking vitamins is not an option unless you are using it as a long term suicide plan. It's about the biggest stupidity that can be committed by someone who has had an RNY or DS.
You have been given 4+ pages of GOOD advice - if you choose to ignore it, I'm not sure why you are posting.
Good luck on your future health.

If you have been THOROUGHLY examined, and nothing is physically wrong, you might just have to suck it up.
Unless you are vomiting up all liquid, you have to drink like it's your job, whatever drink you find you like. You can try protein shakes and food once you have the drinking sorted.
Dehydration is by far the biggest source of nausea and noone should need two IV rehydrations.
There is an awesome post by a late member here called There's No Crying In Baseball. It's not gentle hand holding but it may help you to read it.

Kim, thanks so much for sharing this.
What happened to Leilani? You said she was a late member?

She died of a syndrome tied to a vitamin deficiency.

I wrote a couple of weeks ago about being ridiculously nauseated etc. Im constantly, severely nauseated and i feel like there is a lump in my throat all the time. I dont eat really all that sounds good is water and some days i cant even do that. My surgeon and NUT says theyre baffled by this... how have they done tons of these surgeries and never heard of this? I am so nauseated i can barely live life...and i have 4 kids i cant keep going like this. Its taking a tole on me mentally and emotionally. Im not usually a complainer but yall, this is bad. I almost feel like im suffering. Nothing sounds good if i think about drinking it my stomach turns...if i try to drink anything my stomach turns. Ive ried premier clear. Protien 20, nectar..and regular premier protien. Ive already got dehydrated and got iv fluids once... but not since (since all i drink is water and alot of it)
Ive tried zofran melts, phenergen suppositories, and they even sent me home with shots in muscle (OUCH BTW)(for us to do ourselves, from the urgent care center) of zofran...highest dose... nothing touches this nausea...sometimes ill even cramp.
Idk what else to do or try.
Has anyone come close to experiencing this? I was 5 weeks out monday.
Thanks for reading, i know its long.
I personally think you are dehydrated again. In what you wrote you said "if I try to drink anything my stomach turns" and then you said "since all I drink is water and a lot of it" Exactly how much water are you drinking? The minimum of 64oz is honestly not enough you should be getting in a lot more than that especially if you are having issues.
Call your doctor and demand an endoscopy to make sure you don't have a stricture or anything else causing the discomfort and nausea. If that comes back clean then you really need to work hard on getting fluids in or you will end up in a vicious cycle of dehydration and nausea. Sometimes we have to be our own advocate to get things done.
Best of luck and I hope you feel better.

I hope this does not come off as mean, but if you are suffering that much you need to be hounding your doctor's more, not texting a nutritionist. I don't care that they are in the same office and can "relay messages." You texting a nutritionist does not say "this is serious" to them and honestly I would not text any healthcare professional, it is honestly very UN-professional of them to handle anything medical via text messages.
