Have you had an endoscopy (aka esophagogastroduoendoscopy or EGD) yet? It is done to examine the lining of the esophagus, stomach, and first part of the small intestine. It is performed under twilight sedation. I had one last week and am awaiting my results; I may have an ulcer that needs to be treated.

Cajun Girl (Dana) is still very much alive! Leilani, the original author of the piece, died several years ago. Very sad

I just read Leilani's wonderful post. I will print. Sad to hear she passed away. it sounded like she was doing everything perfectly. Hopefully not bad to ask, what did she die from?
