That site you mentioned (realself.com) is actually where I found the surgeon that I have my consult with. Her name is Dr. Heather Rocheford. I liked her before and after pictures as well as all of the positive reviews that I found on her site (Rocheford Plastic Surgery), Facebook, and the realself website.

I did actually looked at Dr. Tholen and Dr. Gervais too, and I think I will be calling there too for a consult as well.
