What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?

I am having a great time reading about the zombies. I've never watched anything abt Zombies so don't know what positions are needed on a zombie team. However, I too know a family that could be self sufficient and that is my niece and her family. She is all into gardening, preserving food, hunting. If I could get to her, she lives outside Atlanta, I think she'd kick some zombie butt.

Yesterday I went to grocery store and consequently ate more than I needed too of good foods. Hoping to stay on track today.

Tea with half and half, B and L lettuce wraps of smoked turkey and havarti slices. D taco meat on lettuce and tomatoes. Snacks skinny hot chocolate.

Have a great day!

Pamela

Morning!

Yesterday was a great day here in Nashville. We went to some super fun thrift shops, restaurants, and bars (I had a Diet Coke)

A: yesterday's eating was great! I stayed under 900 calories and hit my protein goals. Yay for brisket with no BBQ sauce! Today we are going to the spaghetti factory which isn't super wls friendly. I scanned their menu and am planning on getting soup-it will be a little carb heavier than usual but waaay better option than other things.

M:

  1. Premier
  2. cream cheese/fruit "cheesecake"
  3. Soup
  4. Meat
  5. pudding?

I don't know if you tolerate ground beef well, but last time we went to spaghetti factory I ordered a side of meatballs (minimal sauce) and that worked out well.
