Good morning. Daisy I'm disappointed you didn't pick me. Ivve seen and read almost everything Walking Dead. Which means I've visualized what I'd do. I've also visited Senoia Ga where they film and even seen the Alexandria enclosure ;)

work was even worse than I expected and this cold sucks. I ended up eating a quest protein bar because I was at wor****il 8. I didn't go carb though, so good on that front.

Daisy I thought you were going to say you picked Librarian because she?s slow and could be sacrificed as you?d run faster. Then I saw the rest of your response ;). Zombie guts all over you is the only way to hide among them. See you missed your opportunity to have me in the team. I'll take submissions for my team but I?m thinking Grim and duff for hunting and protein prep - librarian as she's learned - Daisy as the Mayor - one of the Haggs for Sargent at Arms We need for engineers and firearms experts so post up if you want on ;)

Good morning,

I was dealing with a cold over the weekend but it's getting better. Yesterday my friend woke me up and took me out to eat. Ran errands all afternoon then I picked up a different friend and went to a church support group. Their dinner wasn't really on my diet but I ate because I was hungry. Then I had some unwls friendly snacks. Then I had a protein shake before bed to up my protein numbers but way over my calories.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D pork chop and asparagus

Mornin' All!

My brother is leaving later on today - I hate to see him go, but this means the eating fest is mostly over. YAY! Although not quite - we have a staff lunch today (for National Library Week and National Library Workers' Day), which I'm tempted to punt or else bring my own food to. And I have lunch out tomorrow with our new director of archives (whose parents, oddly, live in the same tiny hamlet that my brother does in NC - small world!). And a former student worker from like 30 years ago who's still in town is proposing lunch on Thursday (not confirmed yet, though). UGH! When does it stop? I may suggest Mexican places so I can get my taco or fajita and not go over my calorie budget. I can't afford to do much more restaurant eating!

QOTD: Love that list! I'd add you, though, Daisy - as the troop motivator. You can get us all going and then keep us motivated - cheer us on and nudge us when we're stepping out-of-line!

2 years 10 months out:

Good morning.

I woke up feeling really run down and dizzy today. Not sure what's going on but I was around my little nephew this weekend and he now has a stomach bug. Hope it's not that.

QOTD: I'm not sure who I would choose. I haven't been on this very long and am still learning about everyone.

Menu: just gonna concentrate on fluids today since my stomach isn't feeling good.
