Good morning everyone~It was so windy early this morning I kept hearing banging outside from our neighbors yard and it woke me up every 5 minutes, ugh... Half day for me, I have a lot of personal errands to run that can't wait.

QOTD - I am truly blessed with sleep - before and after surgery. I go to bed at 8 (no joke - can't keep my eyes open) and I get up at 5. I love my sleep and I know I am able to function better because of it.

Accountability - not great yesterday, crackers and pretzels happened that lead to mild RH later

16+post op -166 ugh

b-coffee w/hc, splenda, cheese and almonds

l-pulled pork, SF BBQ sauce and coleslaw

d-chicken and salad

v/l - on track

Have a great day all!

Much nicer today than this weekend. I was at a conference in Dallas and ate too much at dinner time. I was miserable for a while but stomach eventually quieted down. Lesson learned. Saturday was way too cold and windy. I missed part of the talks waiting for shuttle to meeting.

I sleep like a rock most of the time. I go to bed at 10 or 10:30 and get up around 6-6:30 am. If I have work issues, that's when I don't sleep well. Need to start meditation again for anxiety situations. I sleep best in my own bed (Temper-Pedic with incline) so the hotel wasn't as good a night's sleep as usual.

B: eggface protein waffle w/ SF syrup

L: forgot my meatloaf so had a can of chicken salad in stash at work along with half a quest bar

S: V8 vegetable juice (nothing else at work--need to plan better)

D: will eat that meatloaf with SF ketchup and green beans

S: Protein shake and whatever I need to bring protein grams up to total for day

V-having to re-schedule didn't realize I was taking iron with tea so moving it to lunch time.

Ex- did treadmill at hotel but then nothing after I got back home. Need to go to gym this week but have massive tests to grade

Hello everyone,

It was a crazy busy weekend! We are still trying to empty out my SIL's hoarding house. I think it's going to take 3 big ass dumpsters. Hoarders don't don't want to get rid of a single item so it's been a real struggle. On top of that I have to find time to do all of cooking for the week. It could be worse so i'm trying not to complain about it.

QOTD: Sleeping is much better since surgery because my sleep apnea has improved greatly but I do sleep a lot less. I usually go to bed by 1am and I'm up at 7am. I'm wondering if the B-12 has something to do with that. Since starting it I have much more energy during the day.

B: 2 eggs, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 30z roasted turkey

S: 2oz low sodium ham

D: 4 1/2 skinless chicken thigh, 1/2C broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick

Cals:689, Carbs: 8, Protein:95

Enjoy the rest of your evening everybody!

We went to a estate sale in Carmel NY on Sunday ...was a hoarder situation... they had card board boxes on the porch as you entered... since it was the 3rd day of sale you could fill box for 10 dollars with anything ... I was in heaven... we filled 2 boxes for $20. Old vintage Christmas items, Christmas radko ornaments, old glass garlands, old occupied Japan cat figurines, little glass Fenton shoes! I am a collector but display it nicely hopefully not on way to hoarder! Lol!! this was phase one of sale ... phase two of sale is coming soon they say for upstairs of house! This person had some nice stuff... so many boxes piled up.
