QOTD: My hubster loves to grill and smoke meats. He uses gas and charcoal and for smoking pellets and wood chips. He wants to get into competition cooking and is in the process of building his own smoker.
B: Premier chocolate shake
Snack: 1/2 raspberries
L: 1 ounce of American cheese and 1 ounce of oven roasted turkey breast with horseradish mustard
Snack: Premier strawberry shake
D: 1/4 C Ceasar salad mix and 1 baked thin pork chop (I may have overdone it feeling super full right now.)
Totals: Calories: 670 Protein: 88
All vitamins and 70+ water
