What's on your Sunday menu RNYers?

Happy Sunday!! I am enjoying the cool part of the morning on the patio with a book and a cup of coffee + premiere. It's headed up to 95 so I won't be out here super long but will enjoy it! My desert plants are very happy about the season!
Accountability- yesterday I was out and up in the desert mountains for a good part of the day and while I didn't eat anything I shouldn't have, I was totally off on hydration -- which was not wise as I was also out in the sun quite a bit. Stupid!
QOTD - I have a gas grill but need to get a replacement tank for it ---and I've been needing to do that since I moved to Arizona 5 years ago --oops!
I have been relying to heavily on PP and dairy to get me to my protein goals so today I'm going to try for two food meals.
breakfast - cofffee with .5 pp
s - coffee with .5 pp
lunch - Turkey jalapeño cheddar link
s - protein water
dinner - egg
Totals - 428 calories, 62 protein and 11 carbs

Good morning friends... I realized last night while at my concert that I never made it on here yesterday! What the heck. But yesterday I hit the ground running and it was a good day. I got my hair done and went to a car show at the local mall did some shopping. Checked out the race car my dad is working on and my brother's BBQ team is sponsoring. Ran into one of my best friends from high school and had a great visit with her. Last night hubby and I went to a nice dinner and a concert we saw country star Clay Walker. What a good show but I was a little disappointed that people just sat there. I was hooting and hollering and having a good time. I love concerts and want to do more this summer.
Today is laundry and doing some work work. Another day in the life...
QOTD: We grill a lot in the summer and just got a new Webber Propane and my husband spent hours researching it and talking to my brother about which on we should get and while I was out running the roads hubby was putting it together. However, I am not allowed to use it... There are two things in our house I am not allowed to use the grill and the lawn mower. My husband is very strict about those two things. I may not use them as lovingly as him so both of those are Penny no no's.
Food for the day:
B: Yogurt and berries
L: Left over chicken from dinner last night
D: Pork roast and veggies
Hope everyone has a great day!
Glad you had fun at the concert! I love live music but I don't enjoy the crowds so I don't go very often.

Good afternoon,
I spent five hours in the emergency room with my friend so my day didn't start out great. I missed church and my meals are backed up now.
My Saturday was resting a lot to knock this cold out. I do feel better today.
Qotd I live in an apartment so I have an electric grill that I use. When I had room for one, it was gas.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D might go to my friends for dinner, she said they were having ham
Have a wonderful day
busy morning - I can't believe I'm just now posting! We got home from the wedding last night. My brother is here, but he'll head back to NC tomorrow or Tuesday.
Accountabilty: was fine calorie-wise yesterday, but I felt like royal crap last night. Crampy intestines. I think it was all stuff we ate while in Des Moines - at the restaurants and at the wedding. Stuff I normally don't eat. Feeling much better today, and more-or-less back to my routine (although we'll be eating out some with my brother in town, so not totally back to normal for another day or two).
QOTD: I prefer the taste of things grilled on charcoal, but it's a PITA to do, so we rarely do it - maybe two or three times a summer. The rest of the time I use my grill pan on top of my gas stove, which pretty much mimics what a gas grill would do - you're cooking over a flame, and you get...ta da....grill marks (from the pan). Works for me, and very easy. I grill meats all the time in the summer (and fairly often in the winter, too)
2 years 10 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade blueberry sauce
MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax vanilla latte shake
L: Greek yogurt, piece of crustless protein pumpkin pie with 2 T SF Cool Whip
AS: I'll have to eat something since we aren't having dinner until 7:00. Maybe another piece of "pie" or a L&F yogurt
D: pizza place. Either one piece of pizza, or the toppings only off two pieces
Hey folks! Run is done and I got some more of my work done. I'll work in it a bit more later today. I'm in a mood because my older son always asks for breakfast on the weekends. I made it- left his in the oven to stay warm since he slept late and he never touched it. So now I have a crap ton of pancakes that they won't eat as leftovers. So new house rule- no breakfast will be made unless I see them in person. I'm not cooking dinner either. Screw 'em!
Qotd: I won't touch the gas grill. I cook enough inside- my responsibility ends at the doorway! Hubby has propane-a Webber. It was pricey and he doesn't keep it covered like he should. If it falls apart I won't buy another pricey one since he doesn't maintain it as he should. I prefer the gas Because I'm impatient.
2.11 Year's out, holding steady at 210 still.
M1: blueberry pancakes, spiral ham
m2: 2 turkey sausage patties
m3: pulled chicken
m4: turkey burger / cheese/ pickles

Good afternoon. I feel like I ran a marathon. I was asked to attend a 30 minute meeting on Friday. I had planned to go home early and spend time with the family. My 2pm meeting ended at 7pm and I had tons of follow-ups due by 8am Monday. I seriously just finished the first draft, with I'm sure more to do. But I'm taking a break while it's in review. Even with all that stress I maintained the program. So glad. I'm just a pound over one-derland. So here's to next week :) I was able to get to the pool this morning, so that was a nice stress buster.
QOTD -we love to grill (outdoor, indoor, Korean...) but our condo doesn't allow charcoal - otherwise I'd have some type of combo gas started charcoal grill. When I bought my town-home I was told that the owners had a broken grill in the yard that they'd remove prior to the closing. They didn't and I raised a hissy. I got them to give me $100 to uninstall the grill (as they promised). So I go to cut away all the tarps duct taped to the grill. It looked terrible with these ratty covers torn and sun faded. But I uncovered a beautiful Weber Silver in-ground gas grill and it looked in almost perfect condition. I opened it and the grates were missing, but I fired the grill up and it worked perfectly. I asked the neighbors and apparently the owners thought cooking outdoors was disgusting and always wanted to remove it. I bought a cover, new grates and flavor bars for under $200 and the grill is still perfect 15 years later. We grill all spring/summer and fall.
B - 2/3 cup of oatmeal with protein powder; 2 scrambled eggs
S - Tried a new chicken jerky at Costco for 80 calories. Pretty good
L - Small Salad with 2 oz Chicken
D - Spaghetti Squash (why we went to Costco) with some TJ Crabmeat from frozen section - using a little Rao's sauce too
S - SF popsicles

Hello you guys! Happy Sunday!
it's rainy here today and my hair looks it. Thank goodness for no-frizz hair products, without them I'd look much worse. But I have no complaints. I love the rain. More rain is coming to Santa Barbara too! I have it on good authority that the hillsides, golden when I left, are now green.
I've been invited to a birthday party this afternoon. I only know the person who invited me, but it should be nice. I'm determined to be more social than I've tended to be over the past many years. volunteering will be part of that, I just have to find a good fit for myself.
I am happy to report that my (relatively!) small waist is returning. I was so obese (not that I'm not still, but everything is relatove) that I was just gigantic everywhere. I am seeing, gradually, the recovery of my figure, which really does make me happy. I really had no idea of what I'd look like after all that time under all that fat! But it turns out that I am just starting to look like my recognizable self, though many years older, of course. Still, I'm happy I still have a waist!
QOTD: I sold everything including all of my patio furniture and grill. I sold more than I should have and now must repurchase all kinds of stuff. I'll buy another grill. Gas is convenient, but charcoal tastes best, so I will opt for charcoal, or a hybrid. There's only me to cook for most always, though, so not sure when that will happen!
First: tea!
B: turkey, smoked gouda
L: steak
D: who knows, I'll be at that birthday party and I'm not sure what the food situation will be. But it's at a restaurant so I can just order something, I suppose, if I need to.
Have a warm, happy rest of Sunday!
