What are you eating? Is it your pouch, or is it maybe some resction to a food (gas)?

Hi! What Cheryl said up there. ^^^

Your new system may not like what or how much you've been eating the last few days. What is on your surgeon's plan for four weeks post op? You may want to give your tummy a rest for a couple of days and either go back to mostly fluids, or to the stage you were eating at prior to this one.

Sometimes we advance our diets before our stomach is ready. Even though we follow the surgeon's plan to the letter our bodies might need a bit more time at different stages as we are healing.

If the pain becomes intolerable and can't be controlled with your pain meds make sure you call your surgeon's office and/or go to the ER. It sounds more like you just need to let your new pouch rest a bit though.

When did you have last BM? How often do you "go".

Some foods upset my digestive tract even now, almost 10 years post op. Some things I can't eat without getting seriously bloated. Most of the time I don't eat that.

Beans, onions, some veggies and fruits - can give me horrible gas and bloating. This my new reality.
