REGRETING GASTRIC BYPASS
I'm not sure that anyone loves their surgery at 4 months out. Aside from your complications during surgery what you're experiencing sounds pretty normal. My stomach still makes a lot of noise at almost 15 months out.
Please don't try to eat too much to 'stretch' anything, you will just physically harm yourself before you're fully healed. It will get better and things will become more normal (or you'll get used to the way they are now).

You've gotten some great advice regarding the regret of having surgery.
The only things I can add are:
Are you having a problem eating all foods? Does everything make you feel the way you described? If so, how long has that been going on and have you contacted your surgeon? I think if it's all foods and liquids causing you this type of reaction-it could be a stricture. They're fixable, but you need to call your surgeon if you think that's a possibility.
If it's not all foods causing this-I'm going to go out on a limb and ask if it could be the banana that made you sick? Do you usually eat them? Half of a banana is 13 grams of carbs, with less than a gram of protein. Did you have a greater amount of fruit than chicken? Could it have been the culprit?
Fruit was (and is) one of the worst things for me to eat. It sounds weird, right? Some people can handle it, but my body sees most fruit as pure sugar-even if it's paired with protein. I remember 1/2 a banana at about 3 months out made me feel TERRRRIBLE. I'd eaten it post workout, and I'd had a protein shake before my workout. It happened a few times before I made the connection.
I really hope you can resolve your anxiety and the feelings of regret and start to enjoy your post op life.

Well, I had ulcers and my surgeon said that it hurts to eat some food because of the "scarring" or healing ulcers. I can eat most soft and moist food. It's just sometimes you see your family/friends eating something and think it's ok to eat those food. I just have to remind myself that there are still many food I can't eat. It could've been the banana as well. I did make a cookie with oatmeal and banana (added some protein powder) and I did pretty good. Only it sat on my stomach for a while. I felt full for hours with just 2 cookies. I could've even think of drinking - that's how full I felt. Then again, as others say, my pouch is still a baby, temperamental. Thank you for all your encouragement.
It can get better. You may need to talk to your doctor about changing or adjusting your depression meds.
Fyi: banana have a lot of sugar. Even now I try to stay away from them.
Chicken can be iffy for some people for a long time. Specially the breast part. I often chose the dark meat, even now - 10 years post op. I can eat chicken breast but always prefer the dark meat because it is easier on my pouch. When eating dense meats - I try to pair it with more watery vegetables like cucumbers, pickles, couple slices of tomatoes, or some grilled vegetables.
Fyi: ground beef even now limit my pouch capacity.

Gastric Bypass was on 2/7/2017 - I have had no problem so far. Worst of it was a few times of getting sick from eating too fast.
I am sorry you are having so many problems after surgery. It does get better. I am 14 months out and still don't eat a lot and I am terrified of trying rice, bread or pasta.
Stay in contact with your Dr. and be safe.

Are you working with a therapist or counselor to address your anxiety? You may also need to speak to the doctor who is prescribing your psych meds; it's very common to need to change the dose as time goes by.
