Good morning. I can't wait for some warmer weather - holy cow. But the Preds took the conference and the President's Cup last night, so I didn't get as much sleep as I'd hoped before hitting the pool. Sporting my Preds jersey today at work. Accountability still on track, so good on that front.

QOTD - yes in college I got stuck. It happened after I got on the elevator to go down from my room on 7. All of a sudden the door opened on 6 and 30 people started jumping into an elevator for 15. It was a madhouse and the elevator doors closed and the floor meter started accelerating down exponentially. It was freaky. The brakes locked between the first floor and basement (before hitting the ground). The building manager was going to leave us in there as punishment for an hour, but one of the girls that jumped on started panicking and it wasn't an act. So they got the fire department to drop in a small ladder and we crawled out. They were taking people's name to fine them or something, but since I was in the back of the elevator I was the last one off. By then the maintenance people were climbing in and I just turned and walked away from the crowd. They never got me on the list or punished me, but technically I didn't do anything - so I was fine with that. That was my freshman dorm and it was literally Animal House 24/7 in that place. You could never study there or sleep for that matter. I knew I needed to get out of that place when my roomate and this football player picked up a couch in the 7th floor rec room and threw it threw the window. It landed on the lunchroom ceiling area damaging it significantly. I think the whole dorm had to pay $750 in damages out of our deposit that year. It was a big dorm, so image the actual damage across the year. I went private dorm and apartments after my freshman year.

B - 1 whole egg and 1 egg white; 2 oz cottage cheese; salsa - made into egg salad

S - Fage 5.5oz and .5 oz nuts

L - 3 oz turkey meatloaf in a small salad (mustard/vinegar as dressing)

S - 1/2 quest bar made into eggface cookies

D - Homemade egg foo young. I made it last night. Took some turkey/lean pastrami and stir fried it into nappa cabbage, mushrooms, carrots and bean sprouts all mixed up with 3 eggs and 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil for flavor. Should make 3 or 4 meals out of it. Took a bite - it was very yummy. Needed to use up the leftover veg from making the eggroll in a bowl Monday.

S - SF popsicles; .7 oz nuts

Exercise - 1:01 lap swimming (I was targeting my usual 55 min swim, but my watch didn't start for 6 minutes) :)

I can't take a selfie to save my life. Go Preds! and also my childhood buddy from kindergarten who lives in Tennessee and is also very happy today.
