I used unsweetened almond or coconut milk. No proteins but not carbs. I take little bit of fat vs more pure sugar.

Be well.

I have not been a milk drinker for years, but post-surgery, I needed to supplement my calcium. I found Carbmasters at Kroger that is a great choice. Don't know if you have a Kroger near you or not.

She is entitled, rude, disrespectful and a bully. I was rooting for Freddie to leave her, to be honest.

Few of these people have jobs and they take so much advantage of Disability and Medicaid it ****** me off and I'm a socialist!!!!!

I love it when they finally "get it" and are successful, but people like this woman make my blood boil.

I get super frustrated with some of these people as well, try as I might to be sympathetic and understanding. Like the one guy (James K I think) who forced his teenage daughter to drop out of school to take care of him and then couldn't afford the ambulance to drive him to Houston, so his dad refinanced his home to get him the money. And after all of that, he gets down there, doesn't lose any weight and is denied surgery. >:(

This whole season has been the saddest of all stories across the board (at least for the most part). I decided to stop watching after last night. I want to see some failed and some successful journeys. This is not the case lately. Started with that guy dying a few weeks ago for me. Same issue as here as you may recall. Just sad.

My emersion in staying on track includes re-watching shows like 600. A different show hit home with me. I watched on YouTube Fat Doctor--Daniel Simmons episode. I owe Mr. Daniel Simmons and his mother to keep making WLS work because he didn't get the chance to. Lest we judge...

I've pretty much given up watching the show. They're featuring too many extreme types on there - many of whom aren't mentally prepared for surgery. I have no idea how they passed the psychological tests, if they were given those at all. I'd rather watch more-or-less "normal" people, even if they weigh over 600 lbs. Although I suppose they aren't as intriguing to viewers as some of these folks are. Although I worry by featuring people like this, it gives SMO people...and WLS people...a bad name to normies who don't know any better.
