No, that is just the multi vitamins I take, one centrum and two adult gummy ones from Costco. I do take the other supplements :)

I was recommended the bariatric advantage by my center. They have it in all forms, gummies, chewable or pills.

Just so you know sheila you can take a non bariatric branded multi vitamin. The bariatric advantage ones are expensive. Lots of people take Centrum for their multi's. As well the Iron/Calcium/B12 and Vitamin D don't have to be bariatric specific either.

If you see my post above to Chris you will see what we RNY patients should be taking for vitamins.

Got it.

I'm getting them through DH's company with Health Saving Plan (HSA) so it seems cost effective to me.

But I saved your post for future reference in case I don't do bariatric advantage.

Thank you!

Well heck stick with getting them through DH's company! I was trying to save you a few bucks as they are expensive but go for it. But in the future if you situation changes you now know you have options

heading to Chicago this morning for my first plastic surgery consult. After that, I'm driving to Des Moines for my cousin's wedding - so not sure what I'll be eating the next few days...

QOTD: I have a sister who's married with an adult daughter, and a brother who's divorced (no kids). I have two cousins on my mom's side (both of whom have kids) and six cousins on my dad's side (only one of whom has a kid - our generation was not terribly prolific!!). So I guess that would be average-sized (??)

2 years 10 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade cherry/cranberry sauce

MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake
