Daisy, I understand your rationale. I was just thinking that I usually get k cups for less than $1 each, especially if I get them on sale.

Costco! The best deal on k-cups! And now they have this brand San Francisco Bay that doesn't have plastic - it's just a net, and even the bag it comes in is compostable. I love the french roast. https://www.amazon.com/San-Francisco-Bay-Coffee-Compatible/d p/B007TGDXMU?th=1

I've used that brand and didn't like the way they dripped. They turned out really sluggy. I like the concept of them being more green though.

I watch for the SB to be $5.99 or 6.99 for 10 at my local Giant store and stock up. They go on sale every month or 6 weeks.

Chris you had VSG and I had RNY but I am pretty sure our vitamin needs are the same.

This is EXACTLY what my Centre told us to take FOR LIFE.

  • TWO (2) Multi vitamins daily (must have 1 mg of Copper each) - never take with Calcium
  • 36 mg of Iron daily (MUST be Carbonyl or Heme)
  • 500 mg of Calcium daily - TAKEN THREE (3) TIMES A DAY - never take with Multivitamin or Iron
  • Vitamin D - 1000IU THREE (3) times a day (take with your Calcium)
  • B12 - 1000mg every other day - preferred sublingual for better absortptoin

So to answer your question, yes you should be taking 2 multis a day plus all that is above!

Kelly is this all you take? Only 1 Centrum at night?

And what are the 2 gummies - what vitamin are they?

Please see my post above to Chris that is what every RNY patient should be taking for life for optimal health!
