Protein question

I'm not sure whether the protein in eggs is determined in ounces or by the number of eggs? Thanks

I use MyFitnessPal to track my food and I get my stats by entering the number off eggs.

I also use MFP and it keeps track by the egg (medium, large, etc) which is 6 grams protein and about 70 calories per large egg.
