Why am I failing at this
I have been following the plan, drinking my water, eating protein, and exercising. I am 2 months post op and in the last month I lost 3 pounds! REALLY??? I am so frustrated and depressed right now. I lost more pre-op a month then I have post-op and it is so hard to take. Talk me off the ledge.
Meals plan today
B-2 oz of shrimp
S-Lite and Fit greek yogurt
L-2 TBSP of Chicken Salad
S-2 TBSP Cottage Cheese

Wow, wish I could offer some insight but I'm eating way more than that and still losing but I know some people have trouble with food, are you having any protein shake as well? I have to figure it out daily to make sure I'm getting my 60 - 80 grams of protein, but am managing it without the shakes most days.

Thanks. I am usually able to hit the 60 grams of protein that my surgeon recommends eating real food. He wanted me off shakes totally by now. I just wish I knew what I was doing wrong. I just want to cry.

Hey the scale will start to move again, and looking at your ticker overall you're already down around 100 lb which is really fabulous, also sometimes you stall and redistribute then in starts moving again.

Are you weighing and measuring and recording. Because according to your meal plan I just entered into MFP you are eating 40g of protein or less. I went high on measures slightly (you are actually closer to 35 if I get strict on the measures). Are you sure about your macros?

My Fitness pal listed it as 55 Grams of protein and if I saw that at the end of the day. I would add a tsp of PB to kick it up a bit.

That's 3 grams of protein and a **** ton of calories (at least 85-90 depending on brand) for 1 measured T of peanut butter.
