Good morning! I celebrated Easter a bit too much food-wise so clean eating this week is required!

QOTD: It would probably be extensive traveling. We are going to do some, but if I didn't have the responsibilities I have with DH and I had endless funds, I'd like to travel to more places. My list is long...

2 Years post-op

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Fish (dinner out with visiting DD)

S: Yogurt with strawberries and/or mozzarella/prosciutto sticks

Good morning.

Woke up to about an inch of snow on the ground. Itvwont last long. Then tomorrow it's gonna be in the 70's. Lovely Ohio weather!

I had a great NSV over the weekend. This may not seem like much but it's worth it. I was able to buy and fit into comfortably my first piece of clothing from Old Navy. I've always been to big for that store and thought I would give it a try since they had a good sale going on. It felt so good to put that shirt on and it wasn't tight.

QOTD: I would also like to take up knitting or quilting. I have a big collection of band t-shirts that are too big now and I'm thinking about making them into a quilt.!

B: yogurt

L: protein shake

D: smooth chicken salad

E: walking

Buying smaller clothes is really exciting and motivating to stay on plan. I just bought and fit into a size 4 pair of jeans (from a tight size 26 13 months ago). It is good motivation for me to stay away from Dunkin' Donuts!

Years ago, someone recommended I take up crocheting for stress relief and taught me a nice stitch that I could use to make a blanket. I lost track of the number of times that blanket went flying through the air when I got frustrated with it! I did fini****although I turned it into a lap blanket and gave it to my cousin so I never had to see it again. I think I'd love to try it again but I haven't!

Happy Monday everyone!! This is my first week of work travel since my surgery -- I"m excited and nervous. Excited because I get a lot of energy from engaging with customers and suppliers and the extended team but nervous because I have two dinners out plus the two travel days will make the fluids a challenge. However, I've practiced my strategies, packed my protein powders and I'm ready!

QotD: I'd love to be a better photographer but it's hard to find classes and also find the time for the classes!

MS - 8 oz coffee with 4 oz fairlife

B - 2 oz ham, slice of cheddar

L - Celebrate protein powder with water

S - cheese stick

D - protein shake or milk

Totals: 462 calories, 65 protein, 13 carbs

Have a fantastic day and wonderful week!

Good Morning Cassie and Menu Family!

My best friend, Barb, is having open heart surgery today! They are going to break her breastbone and take arteries from her legs to put into her heart! Her health is very fragile and I am very worried about her. Any prayers would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

QOTD: I think I'd like to try scuba diving lessons, but I'm a little afraid of the breathing under water aspect of it. I'd LOVE to swim with dolphins some day, but I'm smack dab in the middle of the USA, a long ways from any coast,

Accountability: I haven't been able to get MyFitnessPal to work the past 2 days, is anyone else having problems with it or is it just my computer?

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: microwave meal of some sort.

D: microwave meal of some sort.

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Taking Blossom for a walk

Have a wonderful day everyone!
