QOTD: I agree with Liz, sunshine makes me excited. Seeing a pretty bird sitting on the bird feeder and birds going into the birdhouse is exciting. Finding a new shoot of green growth on one of my houseplants is exciting. Kisses from my two dogs always fill me with lots of joy. Talking to Saralisa makes me happy!
Accountability: I caved and bought a marked down package of mini eclairs at the grocery store yesterday and ate one. It was 150 calories and it didn't taste nearly as good as it should have for being that many calories. I think I'll just throw the rest away. Protein - 116, Calories - 1,510, Carbs - 141.

Oh! I have a bird feeder right outside my kitchen window for the cats to watch. We have a cardinal couple (male and female) that are frequent visitors, and lately a few varieties of woodpecker. And i feel the same about the shoots of green--I've been walking around the garden inspecting my perennials :P

This week has taken forever and I woke up around midnight (after going to bed around 11) thinking it was Saturday!
