What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
I think they're fairly tasty, as far as convenient meals go. I bring that and an egg with me to work, so I can make it here, since I don't always have time to make breakfast before I head out. It makes just the right amount of food for me. I add hot sauce to mine, since I add hot sauce to everything these days :P

Hi!
I am driving my son to meet his dad tonight. He is spending the weekend there. I am going to Ottawa with my sister to see the Illusionist. Lots of driving this weekend!
Accountability: Stayed on plan!
QOTD: I?m only 4 weeks out, so I haven?t dealt with head hunger yet. I think my biggest deterrent right now is being scared of how I?ll tolerate something.
I?m 4 weeks out.
B: Skyr Yogurt
MS: Protein Shake
L: Soup
AS: Protein Shake
S: Ground Turkey with cheese
I may try to find a snack to bring with me on the drive since I?ll be in the car for nearly 3 hours round trip from about 4pm-7pm. Maybe cheese? I don?t know, I haven?t really snacked with real food yet. I may just stop on the road if I need to and buy cheese or something. Or I may have my afternoon shake in the car.

Happy thursday!!
No big plans for Easter/the weekend - we have a quarter end on Saturday so it will be a long work day so Sunday will be relaxing and packing for my first work trip since surgery. I'm a bit anxious since it will be the first time being out of my tightly controlled environment and I have at least two business dinners to get through. I have my plan of attack, I got a rental car so I can get out to the store Monday and get some shakes, water and yogurt and I also have my protein powder singles ready to pack...but I have some high anxiety about it!
QOTD - I'm only 6 weeks out so I haven't had "real" hunger return yet; a lot of head hunger due to routines from the past but so far I've been able to have that conversation with my head and move on. It will be harder when the hunger comes back.
MS - coffee with 3 teaspoons heavy cream
B - egg bite
L - .5 PP
AS - protein water
D - .5PP
Totals - 485 calories, 60 protein, 8 carbs
Vitamins - on track!
Exercise - 50 minutes with the trainer starting at 5 am
Have a wonderful day everyone!

Good morning! I am back in warm Florida for 3 weeks, which seems so short now. DD arrives this weekend for a week and we are going to finalize Justice's adoption next week. I also need to figure out what I have to do to fly home with him (in the cabin). I think I need a health certificate from a vet. I don't know if I can get that from the shelter's vet or have to see someone else here before I go home. I was planning on seeing our vet there immediately anyway.
QOTD: I have that automatic head hunger late in the afternoon (4 or so) only if I'm home, so I usually plan a snack at that time to keep me from grazing. Same thing from around 7:30-8 at night, so I have a planned snack then. I think that if I didn't have head hunger I could manage with 3 meals a day, but I plan on 5 to keep my head from sabotaging me.

Mornin'!
we have a plumber coming today between 11:00 - 1:00, so I may just work at home this morning. Hair cut at 3:00. No big plans for the weekend, but a lot going on next week (plastic surgery consult in Chicago, then off to Des Moines for my cousin's wedding - her first one - at age 65!)
QOTD: late afternoon and evenings are the worst times for me. Like others, I try to plan for an afternoon snack to control it. As for evenings, I often don't have enough calories left, so it's a challenge. Sometimes I'll go to the gym, sometimes I'll drink everything in sight, sometimes I cave...
